O	Ondřej Koněvalík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ač nerad, tak musím napsat velice negativní recenzi na Orion a to pouze z důvodu ochrany dalších spotřebitelů, ne z důvodu poškození společnosti (ikdyž by si to za jejich jednání zasloužila). V obchodě jsem koupil nerezové hrnce, které světe div se reznou (konkrétně dno) a upozorňuji, že máme doma i jiné nerezové hrnce od jiného výrobce, ale tam se žádná rez za posledních 5 let neobjevila. Reklamace byla zamítnuta s vyjádřením, že jsme nádobí dlouhodobě přepalovali a nečistili?.. Nicméně materiálový rozbor nezávislým soudním znalcem, pomocí spektrometru prokázal, že hrnce nesplňují materiálové vlastnosti dna 18/0, ale obsahuje pouze 11% Chromu - což má dle vyjádření soudního znalce vliv na korozi. (PS: oficiálně Orion deklaruje výrobek z nerezové oceli 18/10). I přes sdělení této zásadní informace si Orion trval na svém a reklamaci stále odmítá (upozorňuji, že svá tvrzení nemají nijak podložená)... To, že materiál není dokonalý, nebo, že se během výroby stane problém, to vše jsem ochoten akceptovat. Bohužel nejsem ochoten akceptovat arogantní a nadřazené chování této společnosti... Děkuji za "prvotřídní kvalitu" zboží - již nikdy více... Although I don't like it, I have to write a very negative review of Orion, just to protect other consumers, not to harm the company (even if it deserves it for their actions). In the shop I bought stainless steel pots that the world wonders to cut (specifically the bottom) and I would like to point out that we also have other stainless steel pots from another manufacturer at home, but no rust has appeared there in the last 5 years. The complaint was rejected with the statement that we burned and not cleaned the dishes for a long time? .. However, a material analysis by an independent forensic expert using a spectrometer showed that the pots did not meet the material properties of the 18/0 bottom, but contained only 11% Chromium - which, according to the forensic expert, has an effect on corrosion. (PS: Orion officially declares 18/10 stainless steel product). Despite the communication of this crucial information, Orion insisted and still rejects the complaint (I point out that their claims are not substantiated in any way) ... The fact that the material is not perfect, or that a problem occurs during production, I am willing to accept all of this. Unfortunately, I am not willing to accept the arrogant and superior behavior of this company ... Thank you for the "first-class quality" of the goods - never again ...
