★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozně ztísněné, sotva se tam dá pohybovat. A celkově nepřehledné. Jenže knihkupectví je v ČB poměrně málo, tak aspoň něco....
Terribly cramped, you can barely move there. And overall confusing. But there are relatively few bookstores in B&W, at least something ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekutečná neochota k zákazníkovi. Poslal jsem dceru za prodavačkou, stála jsem opodál. Prodavačka ji odbila slovy, ať se podívá sama do regálu. Nebyla ani ochotná se podívat do počítače, zda mají konkrétní titul, který dcera chtěla. Kdybych nepřišla k ní, tak nemá ani zájem se ji věnovat. Tady už si nikdy nic nekoupíme.
Unbelievable reluctance to the customer. I sent my daughter to the saleswoman, I was standing nearby. The saleswoman told her to look at the shelf by herself. She wasn't even willing to look into the computer to see if they had the specific title her daughter wanted. If I didn't come to her, she wouldn't even be interested in her. We will never buy anything here again.
