★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtělo by to lépe proškolit personál, aby nedocházelo k tomu, že když s něčím přijdete, aby Vás paní neposlala jinam se slovy "že to stejně nemumí". Docela dost by mě zajímalo jakým způsobem získala certifikační oprávnění. O jejím jednání ani nemluvím.........
 It would be better to train the staff so that when you come up with something, the lady doesn't send you elsewhere with the words "that she can't do it anyway". I would be quite interested in how she obtained the certification license. I'm not even talking about her actions .........
