★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otvírací doba mi nevyhovuje. Obsluha u přepážek vesměs milá, příjemná. V polovině případů stojím frontu.
 Opening hours don't suit me. The service at the counters is generally nice, pleasant. In half of the cases, I stand in line.

Working hours. In 50% of cases, I miss. Although it looks like they should be open, it's not. They lead me astray every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever, unkind and incompetent employees, starting by the boss, I have been waiting for money from a delivered package, cash on delivery, a month ago, and still they keep saying I should wait until a new avizo will come to my address, when I already moved out from there. Really a bad experience with them, besides there is no difference for them, with "balik do ruky" and "balik na poštou" they always deliver to the post anyway but charge more for "balik do ruky" I recomend not to use these services with them if you wanna avoid heaaches and delays.
