★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neschopný a nepříjemný personál. Doporučuji vyhnout se tomuto CzechPointu a navštívit ten na radnici P9 ve Vysočanech - tam jsou profesionální a se vším pomůžou.
Incompetent and unpleasant staff. I recommend avoiding this CzechPoint and visiting the one at the town hall P9 in Vysočany - they are professional there and they will help with everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto skvělá organizace práce, kdy Czech Point obsluhuje jediná paní. Práce je zřejmě tak složitá, že jí může dělat jen jeden člověk z deseti. Takže pokud se před Vámi šprajcne někdo, kdo si spletl poštu s kopírkou, doporučuji si vzít v práci den volna ??
Absolutely great work organization, where Czech Point is served by a single lady. The work is probably so complicated that only one in ten people can do it. So if someone who mistaken your mail for a copier is in front of you, I recommend taking a day off at work ??
