It normally takes 4 minutes to scan documents .... it takes 40 minutes on this CheckPoint.

I don't know what you have .. I just renewed my date and the pabi behind the counter was nice, relatively fast and patient on the post 10/10 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable delays in performing the paperwork directed by the Czech Republic law. Neither the director of the branch was able to asist her officer to finish the task. Repairing of the road in front of the entrance to the CzechPoint affected the possibility to hear the officer in such way, that I had to provide my mobile phone through the glass, so the Officer was able to get the information from mine e-mail to their system.
