Kdyz jsem ji v tom zapalu kdy tu obalku cpala tim okynkem poprosil, jestli by nemohla udelat 5 kroku a dat mi ji oknem pro baliky, tak se zatvarila urazene "ze to je poslano jako bezne psani". Super, tak jsem se poucil ze "bezne psani" znamena ze vam ho posta bez zajmu muze rozdrbat na kusy. Klidné jednání, vstřícnost, snaha vyhovět a hlavně vždy někdo ví a poradí. Mělo by to být samozřejmostí, ale není to tak. Zvlášť v současné nejisté době, kdy nervozita až agresivita narůstá. Zrušení SIPO, zřízení e-identity, převod listovních zásilek při změně adresy byl na poště NC Eden, nebo Černý most neřešitelný problém, kdy mě úřednice přesvědčily, že jsem úplně mimo, protože nevím co a jak. Ano, nevěděla jsem - proto jsem je žádala o radu, ovšem bez úspěchu, protože žádost vyřídit neuměly ony. Tady na "Kubáni" okamžitě věděli a během pár minut jsem měla vyřízeno. V klidu, ve vzájemné úctě a ještě se paní připravila o pár minut z oběda bez jakéhokoli náznaku výčitky. Možná dobrý tým, anebo dobré vedení, anebo obojí? Každopádně tady všichni za přepážkou zlepšují nevalnou reputaci ČP. Za fronty, otevírací dobu, aj., co tady hodnotitelé uvádějí nemůžou - to je třeba směrovat na vedení. Proto prosím hodnoťte jednání lidí na tomto místě, ne neschopnost systému jako celku. p	petra oveckova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašná pošta. Jedna fronta která se pak rozdeluje, ale ne všechny přepážky dělají vše takže místo stani ke konkrétnímu okénku stojíte jednu frontu. O tom, že psaní mám místo toho listek neustále ve schránce o nedoručrní ani nekomentuju. Pak si jdete pro doručené psaní které tedy končí pátého. Přijdete pátého a paní vám řekne, že už tam není, protože ho budou zitra házet do schránky a měla jste přijít dřív. Ano člověk by rád přišel dřív pokud by nebylo neustále otevřeno jen do 16h. Nehledě na to když je na oznámení, že si poštu můžete vyzvednout do 5.8, tak nepředpokládám, že tam 5.8 přijdete a řeknou vám, že tam psaní už není. Této poště pokud můžete se vyhněte! Terrible mail.
