Pokud zadáte špatný tvar SMS, strhnou vám i tak cenu takovou, na kterou reagujete. ( Řeč je o WiFi) Overpriced, often poorly functioning service. Lack of competition is the only reason why I use it. If you enter the wrong shape SMS rip you still a price to which it responds. (We are talking about WiFi)

Za tyto peníze bych očekávala jiné služby. I used their services on a business trip. The Internet was extremely unreliable. Volala jsem již 4x, jen sliby, ale řešení nula. Včera mi pán řekl, že toho mají moc, hodně připojují. Takže připojí, ale když budete mít problém,..........ještě minulý rok fungovali, když byl problém, měli snahu pomoci, ale po jarní vlně korony mají zjevně hodně zákazníků, takže přijít o ty letité, pravidelně platící jim nevadí. Právě píšu výpoveď služby. I've been waiting 12 days for someone to get in touch to find out why the internet is very slow and still crashes on any device. I have called 4 times, only promises, but zero solution. Yesterday, the gentleman told me that they have power, they add a lot. So connect, but if you have a problem, .......... they worked last year, when there was a problem, they tried to help, but after the spring wave the crowns obviously have a lot of customers, so lose those aged, regularly paying they don't mind. I'm just writing a termination of service.

Letos nám zřejmě před anténou buď dorostla borovice, nebo přestala fungovat anténa sama - od konce listopadu je internet nepoužitelný. Následovalo 14 dní diskusí o tom, zda jsme zaslali SMS na linku poruch, zda to nebyla MMS, že e-mail neslouží k hlášení poruch, nepomohlo ani opakované zaslání kopií SMS s popisem problému. Po 4 týdnech bez internetu přecházím k jinému poskytovateli. I have been a customer for over ten years. After small initial ups and downs, the internet worked without a problem for a long time. This year, we probably either grew a pine tree in front of the antenna, or the antenna itself stopped working - since the end of November, the Internet is unusable. This was followed by 14 days of discussions about whether we sent an SMS to the fault line, whether it was not an MMS, that the e-mail was not used to report faults, and repeated sending of copies of the SMS with a description of the problem did not help. After 4 weeks without internet, I switch to another provider.

Podpora nulová, jediné co můžete je poslat nějakou SMS a doufat že to někdo někdy vyřeší. S tímto poskytovatelem končíme. Absolutely non-functional service and overpriced, at the slightest wind or God forbid the net does not work at all. Zero support, all you can do is send an SMS and hope that someone will solve it someday. We are ending with this provider.

Pak se přičlenili pod společnost STARNET a nyní slavíme 5 den bez internetu i když je nefunkčnost nahlášena.......změním operátora I was satisfied when the network was operated by CZspeednet. In case of failure, the repair took place within two days. Then they joined the company STARNET and now we celebrate 5 days without the Internet, even if the malfunction is reported ....... I will change the operator

Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have package - SURFAŘ 500 that cost me 2999czk/monthly, i have speed around 300-330Mbit/s Download and 160-230Mbit/s Upload instead of 500/500Mbits as in Czspeed.net website. i wrote to support mail regarding this on 28.03.2021, but nobody answered me, i tried to ping them in this email few times but no body answered me, today is 05.05.2021 - i still waiting reply from CZspeed support. When you write for message with subject "i want to install internet" they answering with minutes. But mails with support - no.
