B	Bára Živná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od začátku této firmy mám v bytě Wi-Fi připojení a sem absolutně maximálně spokojena,nikdy žádný problém naopak kdykoliv já něco potřebovala i přes zpožděnou platbu mi byla Pe3ny NET.plně k dispozici vždy hned nadálku pomůžou poradí aby zákazník byl spokojený za to jim všem moc dekuju!!!Sousede mají UPC a neustále řeší výpadky a komplikace které já za cele roky u Pe3ny NET.neznám pro mě bezkonkurenční všem doporučuji,kor těm co bydlejí také ve Vokovicích,Červený Vrch??%Spokojenost za Wi-Fi připojení a lidičky který v této firmě pracuji?? Since the beginning of this company, I have a Wi-Fi connection in the apartment and I am absolutely maximally satisfied, never a problem whenever I needed something, despite the late payment, Pe3ny NET was always available. The neighbors have UPC and are constantly dealing with outages and complications that I have been doing for years at Pe3na NET. people who work in this company??

Technický support reaguje okamžitě, profesionálně a ochotně poradí i pomůže. Pe3ny Net jednoznačně doporučuji! A děkuji jmenovitě panu Peckovi, to hodnocení 5 hvězd patří i jemu. Unbeatably the best provider (not only) in Prague 6. Fast, cheap and reliable connection to the net, IPTV, ... Technical support responds immediately, professionally and willingly advises and helps. Signál skoro pomálu žádní, a když zavolám nebo napišu technikum tak odpověď zní: tak se to vypněte a restartuje.. Jak myslíte kolikrát dá se zapínat a vypínat a restartovat?? Merzi mě hodně to že jsem prosila o vyřešení problému ale bohužel odpověď žádná " MY ZA TO NEMUZEME" to je fakt odpověď profesionálů. Doufám že teď po tomhle komentáře veřejném PANÍ budou mít věči zájem o řešení. Děkují moc Pe3ny net, it is a disaster in Prague East Klecany. Almost slowly no signal, and when I call or write a technician, the answer is: so it turns off and restarts. How many times do you think it can be turned on and off and restarted ?? I'm sorry a lot that I asked for a solution to the problem, but unfortunately the answer no "WE CAN'T BE ABOUT IT" is really the answer of professionals. I hope that now, after this comment, the public MRS will be interested in the solution. Thank you very much

M	Mr. Ban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good WiFi+ Internet but I don't know why, but sometimes it just turns the Internet off (once per day) and it's Rly annoying, but other than that it's a good connection.

They have false promos and just now they cancelled our TV because they dont understand smart tv vs iptv? Cant call their support at night so no TV until someone decids to fix it. I would try a different provider if there was a solid offer.
P	P S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 1gbit dual, line supports at most 450mbps dual. Horrible package loss, sudden down times at lowest levels so no justification for "peak traffic", support basically tells me 3x mails long that I should speak czech even though I am polite telling the problems in great detail...
