★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had sooooooo many issues! From service being cut-off to hiccup connection, from payments mistakenly not proceed (with subsequent service cut off) to issues after 5pm where they is no support. I have seen farm stables run better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organisation is a joke. Do not use under any circumstances. Technical failures at least once a month. Support only between 9 and 5. Lazy, unresponsive technicians. The lady who answers the phone on the calls is super nice so I feel for her having to work for such a dreadful company. I was offered a refund for few days outage but boss of firm of would apparently need to approve it but did not. On every level poor - please just avoid.
