Navíc byla velmi příjemná. Konečně jsem v Praze našla místo, kam budu ráda chodit pravidelně. I was here for dental hygiene with Miss Lucie Rozsypalová. Her approach was really precise. Když jsem dorazil na kliniku, (s 15min předstihem) bylo mi řečeno že semnou počítali na jedenáctou. I když jsem jim ukazoval email kde byl jasně domluvený termín na 12 hod, nebyli schopný mi být nápomocný a pomalu se ani neomluvili. Musím říct že se mi nic takového ještě v životě nestalo. I was scheduled for 12 hours, I got a job because of it, so my job duties had to be done by another person. When I arrived at the clinic (15 minutes in advance) I was told that I was counting to eleven. Although I showed them an email where the deadline for 12 o'clock was clearly arranged, they were not able to help me and slowly did not even apologize. I have to say that nothing like this has happened to me in my life.

Na hygienu u Lucie Rozsypalové se vždycky těším, pocit vyčištěného chrupu je prostě k nezaplacení. Líbí se mi osobní přístup a pečlivost se kterou je k péči přistupováno. Dnes jsem byl poprvé u doktorky Dity Pokorné a pozoroval jsem to stejné, jak při řešení jak akutních problémů, tak estetických záležitostí. Postup a řešení je s klientem konzultováno s cílem pomoct vybrat to nejlepší. I searched for a long time where I would be satisfied with the care of my teeth and I finally found it. Today I was with Dr. Dita Pokorná for the first time and I observed the same thing, both when dealing with both acute problems and aesthetic issues. The procedure and solution is consulted with the client to help choose the best.

Dále bych rád zmínil velmi dobrý systém plánování a připomínání termínů ošetření a perfektní komunikaci s paní recepční. Velmi kladně hodnotím laskavý přístup sestřiček i dentální hygienistky. Ceny za ošetření (které nehradí pojišťovny) odpovídají kvalitě, přičemž toto stomatologické centrum má smlouvy se zdravotními pojišťovnami, což (dle mého názoru) také svědčí o kvalitě poskytované péče. I warmly recommend. I appreciate the precision and order that prevails here under the leadership of MUDr. Radek Pokorný, whom I visit. I would also like to mention a very good system for planning and recalling treatment dates and perfect communication with the receptionist. They appreciate the kind attitude of the nurses and dental hygienist very positively. Prices for treatment (which are not paid by insurance companies) correspond to the quality, while this dental center has contracts with health insurance companies, which (in my opinion) also testifies to the quality of care provided.
