★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zkušenost s firmou Dajkon je děsivá. Už počáteční komunikace mě měla odradit, ale bohužel jsem byla líná hledat někoho jiného. Dostat z firmy nějakou reakci ohledně ceny i termínu byla záležitost mnoha telefonátů (emaily zůstávaly bez odpovědi), a bylo jasné, že firma není schopna domluvit termín víc než 1 - 2 dny dopředu. A realizace ještě hroznější, okenní parapet na jedné straně přečuhuje, a na druhé straně je mezera. Na reklamaci nereagují, holám se obrátit na ČOI.
My experience with Dajkon is scary. The initial communication should have discouraged me, but unfortunately I was lazy to look for someone else. Getting a response from the company regarding the price and the date was a matter of many phone calls (emails remained unanswered), and it was clear that the company was not able to make an appointment more than 1-2 days in advance. And the realization is even more terrible, on the one hand the window sill protrudes, and on the other hand there is a gap. They do not respond to complaints, I turn to the CTIA.
