V	Václav Slavíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U CzechData (Data Connect) jsme byli 13 let. S poskytovanými službami jsme byli po celou dobu spokojeni. Uvítal bych akorát vstřícnější přístup, když uplyne třeba 5 let a je čas na upgrade. Tohle jsme museli řešit za tu dobu 2x. Poprvé to znamenalo přepsat službu na manželku, protože jinak bychom prý neměli nárok na dotovanou anténu. Podruhé jsme to řešili teď, nakonec se na místě ukázalo že upgrade není v současnosti technicky možný, perspektiva neznámá. Doporučili nám zůstat na staré technologii nebo zkusit konkurenci. Tak tedy přecházíme ke konkurenci. Snad budeme spokojeni stejně jako u Data Connectu. Uvedené nic nemění na tom, že si dle mého názoru zaslouží pět hvězdiček za funkčnost samotné služby. We have been with CzechData (Data Connect) for 13 years. We were satisfied with the services provided at all times. I would welcome a more accommodating approach when, for example, 5 years have passed and it is time to upgrade. We had to deal with this twice during that time. For the first time, this meant rewriting the service for a wife, because otherwise we would not be entitled to a subsidized antenna. We solved it for the second time now, in the end it turned out on the spot that the upgrade is not currently technically possible, the perspective is unknown. They advised us to stay on the old technology or try the competition. So we move on to the competition. Hopefully we will be satisfied as with Data Connect. This does not change the fact that, in my opinion, it deserves five stars for the functionality of the service itself.
