Velmi špatná zkušenost... Na servis Auto Melek nedám dopustit a velmi si vážím všech zaměstnanců za jejich precizně odvedenou práci, rychlost a přístup k zákazníkům. Děkuji Vám všem Best service I know. I don't put the car anywhere. Once I was forced to leave my car in the Klokočka service in Řepy and I would never do it again. Very bad experience ... I do not let Auto Melek service and I greatly appreciate all employees for their precise work, speed and access to customers. Thank you all

Volal jsem do vícero autorizovaných servisů, všude jen výmluvy, že např. verze je vidět až po nahrání do vozu, nebo, že databáze je interní záležitostí a zákazníkům se nesmí její číslo zveřejnit apod. Měl jsem pocit, že po servisech chci vyzradit státní tajemství...No nic. Až teprve v Melek auto jsem uspěl. Musím vyzdvihnout ochotu a vstřícnost pana Patrika Čertoka, který mi číslo verze map zjistil. Tím mi potvrdil, že na dovču mám nejnovější mapové podklady a můžu bez obav vyrazit. Myslím si, že i taková "hloupá" žádost a její kladné vyřízení je vizitkou vstřícného přístupu k zákazníkům, takže MELEK AUTO-palec nahoru! Tady přece jenom ještě platí: "náš zákazník,náš pán".Ještě jednou díky. Luboš Hakl I wanted to make sure I had an up-to-date version of the map database in my car. I called several authorized services, everywhere only excuses that, for example, the version is visible only after uploading to the car, or that the database is an internal matter and customers must not publish its number, etc. I felt that after the services I want to reveal state secrets ...Nevermind. It wasn't until Melek's car that I succeeded. I must emphasize the willingness and helpfulness of Mr. Patrik Čertok, who found out the version number of the maps. This confirmed to me that I have the latest map materials for the dovču and I can go without any worries. I think that even such a "stupid" request and its positive settlement is a business card of friendly approach to customers, so MELEK AUTO-thumbs up! M	Marek Nevrklo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dělali mi geometrii, sice stála jen necelých 800 Kč, ale na faktuře bylo "GEOMETRIE obou náprav". Když mi dali protokol a poukázal jsem na to, že na zadní nápravě podle čísel nic nezměnili, tak mi napřed servisní technik řekl, že dělali, ale nebylo potřeba nic měnit, pak to změnil na "zadní náprava se dělá jen když se mění ramena", až po rozčilené "tam jsou vždycky rezaté šrouby, to se může utrhnout, tak jestli chcete riskovat, že tu budete třeba hodiny čekat, tak my vám to klidně uděláme." - přitom na mém autě se má napřed udělat geometrie zadní nápravy a potom přední. Prostě amatérismus a ještě podvod.... vyhněte se jim obloukem. They made me geometry, it cost only less than 800 CZK, but the invoice stated "GEOMETRY of both axles". When they gave me the protocol and pointed out that they had not changed anything on the rear axle according to the numbers, the service technician first told me that they did, but there was no need to change anything, then he changed it to "the rear axle is only done when the arms change" , until the annoyed "there are always cut screws, it can break, so if you want to risk that you will have to wait here for hours, then we will do it for you." - my car should have the geometry of the rear axle and then the front. Just amateurism and even a scam .... avoid them by arc.

Nechával jsem tu auto na předkupní prohlídku s výsledkem drobné koroze podvozku (nic zvláštního ani extrémního mi bylo řečeno), sjetých pneumatik, pár úniků oleje a nutnosti výměny oleje. Říkám si pohoda. Teď jsem byl s autem na pár doladění v "mém" servisu a dozvídám se, že bylo třeba udělat geometrii (ok, na pohled není vidět, i když jedna pneumatika byla sjetější než druhá) a zadní brzdy jsou zarezlé takovým způsobem, že prakticky NEFUNGUJÍ a kotouče jsou na vyhození. Nejsem automechanik, ale tohle snad musí být vidět, ne? Obrázek si udělejte vlastní. \\Odpověď na reakci: Auto bylo stále v majetku původního majitele, jehož jméno zde nechci uvádět, ale šlo o Hyundai i30 z minulého týdne. Budu rád, když situaci nějak osvetlite, ale na recenzi to nic nezmění. Jenom plním její účel :) I honestly don't know what to think about this service, but I'm not enthusiastic at all. I left the car for a pre-purchase inspection with the result of minor corrosion of the chassis (nothing special or extreme was told to me), worn tires, a few oil leaks and the need to change the oil. I call myself cool. Now I have been with the car for a few fine-tuning in "my" service and I learn that it was necessary to make the geometry (ok, the view is not visible, even if one tire was flatter than the other) and the rear brakes are rusted in such a way that they practically DO NOT WORK and the discs are ejected. I'm not a car mechanic, but this must be visible, right? Make your own picture. \\ Response to response: The car was still owned by the original owner, whose name I do not want to mention here, but it was a Hyundai i30 from last week. I'll be happy to shed some light on the situation, but it won't change anything for the review. I'm just fulfilling its purpose :)

Za hodinu práce udělají profesionálně to co je potřeba a nikdo neúčtuje půl dne na haveru bez toho, že by se na autě něco dělalo. A professional service that really helped me and prepared the car for MOT. And I will definitely always go to the service for amateurs. It pays off. In an hour of work, they do what is needed professionally and no one charges half a day for a haven without doing anything in the car.
