★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera mezi 17:40 - 17:55 nebyl na prodejně jediný zaměstnanec. Snažila jsem se nějakého najít, čekala, ale nakonec jsem to vzdala. Nakoupím jinde.
 Yesterday between 17:40 - 17:55 there was not a single employee in the store. I tried to find one, waited, but eventually gave up. I'll buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prodejně bohužel byli jen 2 zaměstnanci, kteří se věnovali ostatním zákazníkům a já spěchala. Chápu, že moje sluchátka nikoho nevytrhnou, bohužel sluchátka byla zabezpečena a bez asistence personálu jsem je zakoupit nemohla. Takže já čekání vzdala a cestou autobusem na Kobylisy zakoupila levnější a lepší sluchátka v CZC s vyzvednutím na Kobyliskem namesti, která mi stihli nachystat, než jsem tam busem dojela.
Unfortunately, there were only 2 employees in the store who were dedicated to other customers and I was in a hurry. I understand that my headphones won't pull anyone out, unfortunately the headphones were secured and I couldn't buy them without the help of the staff. So I gave up the wait and on the way by bus to Kobylisy bought cheaper and better headphones at CZC with a pick-up at Kobylisk Square, which they managed to get ready for me before I got there by bus.

Long wait at the box office. They sold us a mouse at a different price than the one listed. Nobody wanted to deal with it.
