★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neschopný a neochotný personál, dnes jsem nakupovala na této prodejně, pecí plech do trouby. Doma jsem zjistila, že plech se mi nevleze do trouby, i přesto že rozměr jsem měla správný. Ještě ten den jsem se zastavila na tuto prodejnu, aby mi zboží vyměnili nebo vrátili peníze. Na co mi bylo řečeno vedoucím: „Bohužel jiný plech nemáme, peníze nevracíme, kupte si něco jiného. Po dlouhé diskuzi a moc naštvaná jsem šla s plechem na jinou prodejnu Datart (OC centrál), kde mi moc milá slečna bez diskuze objednala jiný plech přes internet, plus mi byl vyplacen rozdíl jejich cen. Rozhodně nedoporučuji a řadím se této pobočce vyhnout, ještě k tomu když je o 100 metrů dál pobočka s ochotnějším personálem.
 Incompetent and reluctant staff, today I was shopping at this store, baking sheet for the oven. At home, I found out that the plate would not fit in my oven, even though my size was correct. The same day I stopped at this store to exchange my goods or return my money. What the manager told me: "Unfortunately, we do not have another plate, we do not return the money, buy something else. After a long discussion and very upset, I went with the plate to another Datart store (OC headquarters), where a very nice lady ordered another plate without discussion without discussion, plus I was paid the difference in their prices. I definitely do not recommend and I recommend avoiding this branch, even if there is a branch 100 meters away with more willing staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedine co mohu hodnotit kladne je parkovani naproti prodejne. Dva prodavaci - prazdna prodejna a chlapci bohuzel bez ochoty nedokazou dvema zenskym nabidnout pomoc s odnosem tezkeho zbozi. To i v Libereckem Datartu nemeli sebemensi problem a byli akcnejsi.
The only thing I can evaluate positively is the parking opposite the store. Two sellers - an empty shop and the boys, unfortunately, are unwilling to offer two women help with carrying heavy goods. Even in Liberec Datart, they did not have the slightest problem and were more action-packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušný přístup k zákazníkovi, možnost nechat si na pobočku objednat zboží online. Reklamoval sem sice zboží (nebylo chybou prodejny) ale vše vyřešeno a vyřízeno k mé spokojenosti. Super je že to není turboprodejna a člověk má čas a prostor si zboží "ojukat, omakat a zkusit".
Decent approach to the customer, the ability to order goods online at the branch. Although I complained about the goods (it was not the fault of the store), everything was resolved and settled to my satisfaction. It's great that it's not a turbo shop and you have the time and space to "shake, touch and try" the goods.
