★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání! Objednáte si na prodejně lednici, zaplatíte ji, máte potvrzeno, že ji dostanete ten a ten den v tu a tu hodinu a jdete domů. Doma vymrazíte v lednici, otrávíte život přízni aby vám uskladnily věci z mrazáku a pak vám zavolají z této prodejny, že to není jejich chyba, ale lednici nedostanete, protože NENÍ! S tím, že to není jejich chyba, OMYL to je vaše chyba, dobrý prodejce by vzal telefon a ověřil by si skladový stav, to se nestalo. Pár lidí tu zmiňuje arogantnost obsluhy, ano je to tak, ale víc než to mi vadí neznalost a neprofesionalita, konkurence je velká a pro mě je Datard uzavřená kapitola a Datard v Třebíči NEDOPORUČUJI !!!
Big disappointment! You order a refrigerator at the store, pay for it, you have confirmed that you will receive it one and the other at that hour and go home. At home, you freeze in the fridge, poison your life with favors to store things from the freezer, and then they call you from this store that it's not their fault, but you don't get the fridge because it's NOT! With the fact that it is not their fault, OMYL it is your fault, a good seller would take the phone and check its stock, it did not happen. A few people mention the arrogance of the staff here, yes, but more than that I don't mind the ignorance and unprofessionalism, the competition is great and for me Datard is a closed chapter and Datard in Třebíč I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Široký sortiment. Navíc musím ocenit, že i při příchodu 5 minut před koncem otevírací doby se zaměstnanci chovali profesionálně a se vším my poradili a odcházel jsem spokojený. Na Datartu obecně je skvělá možnost zakoupení okamžité výměny, která se dá uplatnit na širší škálu produktů než u konkurenčních prodejců. Edit po několika návštěvách: Kvalita péče o zákazníka stále na vysoké úrovni. Velmi přehledné prostory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi nejlepší obchod s elektronikou v Třebíči. Ochotní zaměstnanci, ne vždy tomu 100% rozumí, ale to se nedá čekat nikde.
Probably the best electronics store in Třebíč. Helpful employees do not always 100% understand this, but it cannot be expected anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, nikdy víc, dnes jsem si objednal reproduktor na pobočku rozbalím ho a zjistim že je poškrábaný viz foto. a podívám se dál a drát položený na kabelu viz foto. a v tu chvíli mě došlo že DATART prodává použité zboží ačkoliv jsem koupil na webu nové a dali mě použité.... Bacha na to :(
Hello, never again, today I ordered a speaker for the branch, I unpack it and find out that it is scratched, see the photo. and I look further and the wire laid on the cable see the photo. and at that moment I realized that DATART sells used goods even though I bought new ones on the web and they gave me used .... Look at it :(
