P	Pavel Castka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před 3. týdny jsem si objednal přes e-shop pokojovou anténu. Druhý den jsem ji šel vratit, protože nemáme u nás dostatečný signál. Bylo mi řečeno, že se mám stavit za dva dny. Pán který to vyřizuje není momentálně přítomen. Přišel jsem tedy znova, tentokrát mi bylo řečeno, že je nouzový stav, vratky se nevyřizují. Přišel jsem dnes a byl opět problém, uběhla dlouhá doba od nákupu. Prý vrátky vyřizovali. Naštěstí mi pan vrátku vyřídil a byl ochotný. Proto jsem nedal pouze jednu hvezdu. Chtěl jsem si tu koupit mrazák, toto chování mě fakt odradilo. Šel jsem radši jinam. !!!! A to si ještě dovolili mi vrátit jen část ceny. To je PRASÁRNA!!!!! Počítejte, že se všichni kolem mě dozví toto a moje ohlasy budou jen negativní !!!!!!! 3 weeks ago, I ordered a room antenna via the e-shop. The next day I went to return it because we don't have enough signal. I was told to stop by two days. The Lord who handles this is not currently present. So I came again, this time I was told that there was an emergency, the return was not processed. I came today and it was a problem again, a long time has passed since the purchase. It is said that they handled the winches. Fortunately, Mr. took care of the gate for me and was willing. That's why I didn't give just one star. I wanted to buy a freezer here, this behavior really discouraged me. I'd rather go somewhere else. !!!! And they still allowed me to return only part of the price. This is a PRASÁRNA !!!!! Count on everyone around me to know this and my feedback will only be negative !!!!!!!
P	Pafka 0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tezce nedoporucuji. 8.8.2021 jsme se s pritelkyni byli podivat na sedacky. Ujal se nas takovy ujeceny prodavac, pusobil opile, ale alkohol z nej citit nebyl. Libilo se nam tam vic sedacek, tak jsme rikali, ze to jeste doma proberem. Rikal, ze si to "tukne" do pocitace, kdyby jsme se vratili, at to mame predchystane. 19.8.2021 jsem se tam vratil se jeste jednou mrknout na tu sedacku. Rikal jsem, ze dalsi den prijde pritelkyne vse doresit a objedna (zadonil, at to neobjednavame na eshopu, ze by z toho nic nemel). Pri podpisu kupni smlouvy si pritelkyne nevsimla, ze tam nechal datum toho 8.8.2021. Castku jsem behem par dni uhradil a do ted cekame na sedacku. Pri poslednim telefonatu mi bylo sdeleno, ze jsem penize poslal hodne pozde a tak musime cekat. Penize na jejich ucte byly 21.8.2021. Jenze objednavka pry byla vytvorena 8.8.2021 a proto mame smulu. Takze radim vse si peclive kontrolovat. Ale aspon vim, ze sem uz nepujdu ani pro baterky I do not strongly recommend. On August 8, 2021, my girlfriend and I went to see the seats. We were approached by such a well-known salesman, he was drunk, but he could not smell alcohol on it. We liked more seats there, so we said we would talk about it at home. He said it would "stick" to the computer, if we came back, let's get it ready. 8/19/2021 I went back there once more to take a look at that seat. I said that the next day my girlfriend would come to finish everything and order (he insisted that we don't order it at the e-shop, that he wouldn't have any of it). When signing the purchase contract, the girlfriend did not notice that he left the date there on August 8, 2021. I paid the sum in a few days and we are still waiting for a seat. The last phone call told me that I had sent the money very late, so we have to wait. The money in their honor was August 21, 2021. Only the order was created on August 8, 2021 and therefore we are unlucky. So I advise you to check everything carefully. But at least I know I won't come here for flashlights either

V	Váca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 3 týdnů nejsou schopni dodat zboží co mají skladem a do 1 měsíce nevrátili ještě ani peníze. Vítejte v roce 2022 :) They are not able to deliver the goods they have in stock within 3 weeks and they have not returned their money within 1 month. Welcome to 2022 :)

Způsobujete lidem jen starosti, a ještě když svámi jedná přítelkyně sama, jste drzí a arogantní. Okamžitě vraťte naše penize! Outrage! Order cancellation at the beginning of October, Is there such a problem to return our money until the constant excuses, both at the store and then at the infoline?
