★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented gear for the Via Ferrata. The price was good and the personell friendly.
The reason for two stars is the smell of the gear, though. Helmets are disinfected with two pumps of sanitizer, where the cushion should be taken out and washed at 60 deg. The harness can be hand washed. My hair and shirt smelled the whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented climbing gear on day 1. That was ok. Very inexpensive with 8eu for a day. We tried to rent e-mountain bikes for day 2, but that seemed a challenge for the staffing. Not clear why. No e-bikes were available so we opted for regular mountain bikes. Day 2: we arrived and they gave us regular commuters bikes instead of mountainbikes. We took them anyway and we went off. Half an hour later and one of the bikes broke beyond repair in de field and so we drove back to the rental only to find out we were to pay for the damages. Of course we thought they gave us bad equipment and their opinion was that we broke the bike because of misuse. Bottom line: I would not go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very kind and helpful. We rented regular bikes and enjoyed a nice cycling trip next to the river. Didn't had any problems, we received a lock and basic tools in case of a flat tire.
At the end he also helped us with a few questions about places in the city+marked them on a map for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rented via ferrata equipment. It was our first experience with via ferrata. The man, who was working that day was very friendly and explained everything what we needed to know before climbing. He was very helpful and showed us the best routes for the beginners. The price of the rental of the full set was affordable and the equipment was high quality. I definitely recommend this place for the people who want to try via ferrata in Decin. We loved it and I hope we will be back:) Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More expensive ferrata equipment rent than the two rental shops that are close by. What I however disliked a lot was that that they were not able to rent me the lanyard only and expected me to pay full price for the lanyard as if I was borrowing harness and helmet as well.
