★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uz po druhe se mi stalo, ze pani byla velmi neprijemna a v podstate mi vynadala, ze si jdu vyzvednout balicek. Myslim, ze by stalo za to tuhle sluzbu zrusit nebo vymenit personal.
For the second time, it happened to me that the lady was very uncomfortable and basically scolded me for going to pick up the package. I think it would be worthwhile to cancel this service or replace the staff.
