★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Momentálně nejlepší fitko v Liberci a okolí. Majitel postupně rozšiřuje škálu strojů a rekonstruuje části, které jsou potřeba.
Příjemný personál s kvalitními službami trenérů. Já mám zkušenost s Vaškem, který tomu velmi rozumí a jeho služby můžu jen doporučit, a to jak z pohledu napsání jídelníčku, tak osobních tréninků. I přes velký prostor fitka je občas problém s množstvím lidí a tim pádem s kvalitou vzduchu. Na tak velký prostor je tam nedostatečná klimatizace. Ale jelikož jsou tam závěsné podhledy, tak by se tento problém dal vyřešit rekuperací schovanou za podhledem.
Všem vřele doporučuji!

Friendly staff with quality coach services. I have experience with Vašek, who understands it very much and I can only recommend his services, both in terms of writing a menu and personal trainings. Despite the large space of the gym is sometimes a problem with a lot of people and thus with air quality. For such a large space there is insufficient air conditioning. But since there are suspended ceilings, this problem could be solved by the recuperation hidden behind the ceiling.
I highly recommend to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is pretty crowded. Cheap entrance (80czk or $4). Quite good equipment and a bar with drinks and protein snacks. Showers available. Unfortunately no free parking place.
