Neosobní a velmi chladný přístup k zákazníkovi :-( škoda. Large selection of bicycles at relatively low prices. Unfortunately, the operator's behavior deserves an upgrade. After a minute, I felt annoyed. Impersonal and very cool approach to the customer :-( pity.

Velmi kladně hodnotím ochotu prodavačů, kteří mne nechali vybírat z různých velikostí kol. V rámci garanční prohlídky také ochota. Za mě určitě plný počet! Jel jsem až z Plzně. vyplatilo se... Přišlo perfektně zabalené a za dva pracovní dny bylo doma. Jinak ceny velmi dobré. Vše naprosto v pořádku a super. Ještě jednou děkuji panu Bradskému a zaměstnancům. We bought two bikes, Trek Superfly Elite SL and Haibike Hard Seven 27.5. We took one bike right away, we had the other sent. It arrived perfectly packed and was home in two working days. Otherwise the prices are very good. Everything is absolutely fine and great. Thanks again to Mr. Bradsky and the staff.

Obsluha nepříjemná a neochotná, tedy až na pana mechanika ten byl jako jediný milý, to se musí říci. Ale zbytek vůbec. Když jsi šel poté kolo vyzvednout, řekli mi, že se to nedá opravit, dobře to chápu to se někdy stane, ale aby po mě chtěl 400 kč?! To jako vážně? Vy mi nic neopravíte a já vám za to mám dát 400. To už je trochu moc ne? Sem už opravdu ne. I used their bike service here, and I can say straight away that I will never come here again. The service is unpleasant and reluctant, so except for the mechanic, he was the only nice one, it must be said. But the rest at all. When you went to pick up the bike afterwards, they told me that it could not be repaired, I understand that it will happen sometimes, but that he wants 400 CZK for me ?! Are you serious? You won't fix anything for me and I'll give you 400 for it. That's a little too much isn't it? Not really here anymore.

Tuto výhodu jsem chtěl využít cca po roce a půl. Prodavač se mě zeptal, jestli to mám někde sepsané. Již to mě už zarazilo. V tu chvíli se do rozhovoru přidal majitele. Jasně mi řekl, že si žádnou takovou dohodu nepamatuje a i kdyby, tak to platilo je při koupi. Neuvěřitelně nepříjemné chování. Takže zde neplatí ústní dohoda, jen písemná. Takže já, a ani nikdo z mého okolí, již nikdy !! This shop never again. I bought a bike here for not a small value. The salesman asked me if I had it written down somewhere. It already stopped me. At that moment, the owner joined the conversation. He made it clear to me that he did not remember any such agreement, and even if it did, it was true when they bought it. Incredibly unpleasant behavior. So there is no oral agreement, just a written agreement. So me, and no one around me, ever !!
