Vysoké outdoorové boty ve slevě jsem třeba hledal mezi ostatními botami, ale to né, to oni byli ve zvláštním regále se zlevněným zbožím. Big sports shop. A little confusing. Obsluha v obchodě byla velice milá, ochotně mi s kódem pomohla a také zboží s úsměvem vydali. Výjimkou mezi zaměstnanci je pokladní, paní Iveta, která se při placení přehlédla a požadovala ode mne zaplatit jinou částku, než byla uvedena na platebním terminálu. Když jsem ji na chybu upozornil, její reakcí byl pouze úšklebek, nebyla schopná se ani omluvit. Zamrzí, když jeden zaměstnanec pokazí radost z nákupu. Picked up goods ordered from eshop. Poté, co jsme si sami našli raketu na tenis, jdeme k pokladně, kde nás paní po našem pozdravu Dobrý den, uvítala se slovy - No jak pro koho! (byla sobota). Dotaz, jestli je raketa i s obalem - odpověď stejné otrávené paní: Neee , že jsme přece v Česku. Dotaz ohledně objednávky přes Eshop, zase otrávená paní, tentokrát: To já neumím.. D	Daniela Felixová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes eshop jsem si objednala badmintonovou raketu, obal měl být součástí. Raketu vyzvedávala mamka, která bohužel nevěděla, že si o obal MUSÍ ŘÍCT. Jela jsem tedy do obchodu já i s účtenkou a s raketou znovu. Na pokladně byla velmi neochotná a velmi nepříjemná paní, která ani neuměla odpovědět na pozdrav. Odkázala nás na výdejní pult eshopu se slovy, at si to dojdeme vyřešit tam, ale že momentálně tam nikoho nevidí, tak ať si někoho najdeme. Naštěstí se po chvilce další zaměstnanec objevil, což byla opět velmi neochotná slečna, která se mě snažila přesvědčit o tom, že obal se k raketě tedy opravdu nedává ( držela ji v ruce a přímo na štítku, který byl na raketě, bylo napsáno, že obal je součástí). Nenechala jsem se odbýt a na obalu trvala. Po 5minutovém štrachání slečna přinesla neoriginální ušmudlaný obal se slovy: tak tady ho máte. Ten jsem odmítla. Při druhém štrachání již ten správný a originální našla. Uff. Takže bohužel jedna hvězda - neochotný a nepříjemný personál. Fortunately, after a while another employee appeared, which was again a very reluctant girl who tried to convince me that the packaging is not really attached to the rocket (she held it in her hand and directly on the label that was on the rocket, it was written that packaging is included). I didn't let go and insisted on the packaging. After a 5-minute trouble, the young lady brought a non-original dirty cover with the words: here you have it. I turned him down. During the second crash, she already found the right and original one. Uff. So unfortunately one star - reluctant and unpleasant staff.

D	Danua Tain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve Sportissimu Liberec jsme byli poprvé a naposledy. S tak otrávenou, drzou, neochotnou a protivnou prodavačkou u pokladny jsem se (naštěstí) už dlouho nesetkala. Jestli to tu paní nebaví,ať jde dělat něco jiného,pokud možno ne s lidmi. We were in Sportissim Liberec for the first and last time. I have (thankfully) not met such an annoyed, rude, reluctant and annoying saleswoman at the cash register for a long time. If the lady doesn't like it, let her go do something else, if not with people.
