Edit: Tedy pokud nenarazíte na (asi) paní vedoucí, protože pak by to bylo sotva na jednu hvězdičku. Arogance!!!
Year-round shop with climbing and outdoor equipment. They are always willing there and try to help with anything.
Edit: So if you don't come across the (probably) lady leader, because then it would be barely one star. Arrogance!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá obsluha. Paní se mi ochotně hodinu věnovala, a hlavně dokázala vysvětlit co je pro mě vhodnější a co naopak vůbec. Vždy se nejdřív zeptala na jaký druh aktivity to chci, jak intenzivně jí chci provozovat. Nesnažila se mi prodat cokoliv, ale přesně to co potřebuji.
Great service. The lady willingly devoted herself to the lesson for me, and above all she was able to explain what is more suitable for me and what on the contrary. She always asked first what kind of activity I wanted, how intensively I wanted to run it. She wasn't trying to sell me anything, but exactly what I needed.

Unpleasant service, poisoned by my destiny ... I was there twice a week and terrified every time. At the same time, in other Huda the staff is much more willing (Jablonec, Pec p Snežkou, Prague)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really nice experience in this store. Needed to buy a pair of Light weight shoes for hiking and end up also buying second pair - sandals. The staff was very knowledgeable, not pushy. Even though they do sell high end clothes and shoes I do not regret buying 2 pairs because I know they’re gonna last for a really long time. Keep doing the good job and thank you Hudy !
