Great place full of energy and exercise equipment. From weightlifting stations to a classic rambo workshop with one-handed arms. I recommend to all.

Nezajimala me mista, kde je miliarda stroju, běžeckých pasu a podobných "nepotřebných" číčovin, protoze jsem hledal misto, kde bych se mohl venovat jak crossfitu, tak tahani a vzpírání. Po X možnostech jsem nasel to prave misto. Tady Defenders Gym, se stalo mym druhym domovem.
Hledas misto, kde budes drit a ne se jen placat na strojich. Stav se!
A year ago, I was looking for and choosing a place to train. I wasn't interested in where there were a billion machines, cross-country waists and similar "unnecessary" kitsch because I was looking for a place where I could do both crossfit, pulling and weightlifting. After the X possibilities, I found the right place. This is Defenders Gym, it has become my second home.
You are looking for a place where you will rub and not just pay for machines. Come visit me!
