Boty, které neměly skladem, ochotně nalezly v jiné prodejně a stáhnou je na Harfu, takže není nutno jet na druhý konec Prahy.Díky Vám,děvčata!???? Very nice and helpful staff. Girls can cope well. J	Jiří Balanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup bot značky Fila v této prodejně na Harfě,byla velká chyba.Po vyzkoušení v prodejně jsem byl spokojen.Den na to půlhodinová procházka a odřený malíčky ze švů které jsou vystouplé uvnitř boty,nedalo se v nich chodit snad jen nějaký masochista by to dal.Při reklamaci mi paní prodavačka řekla,že je to špatně zvolena obuv a tedy vrátit peníze nemůžou.Marně jsem vysvětloval,ze po vyzkoušení v prodejně bylo vše v pořádku a až při delší procházce se ukázalo co dokáží vystouplé švy.Deichmann již nikdy. V celé prodejně jsou vystaveny pouze pravé boty z páru a o levou si člověk musí říct té jediné prodavačce, která ale zároveň odbavuje frontu u pokladny. Když jsem se konečně dostal na řadu a levou botu mi přinesla, zas mi nechtěla dát tu pravou, že prý jim zloději boty kradou. Když jsem řekl, že nemám v úmyslu boty krást, ale že si je potřebuju vyzkoušet obě najednou, dozvěděl jsem se, že tohle přesně by řekl zloděj. Nakonec jsem si mohl vyzkoušet obě boty pod podmínkou, že tak učiním v blízkosti pokladny. Na podobné jednání rozhodně nejsem zvědavý. Nákup bot, který by mi normálně zabral maximálně 10 minut, se zde kvůli nedostatku personálu a čekání protáhl na tři čtvrtě hodiny... A horrible experience. Buying shoes, which would normally take me a maximum of 10 minutes, took three quarters of an hour here due to lack of staff and waiting ...
