★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop here or dare return an item. 0 stars for customer service. I tried to return a pair of shoes I purchased for a family member, they wore it around the house only and it was free of dirt or marks. I was met with the most condescending and patronizing gentleman and lady in the shop, trying to show me non-existent marks.
I told them I didn't even want a refund if they deemed it in not a good enough condition to sell onwards (they are), and was told "there's a rubbish bin outside, put them in there". I'll put it in a charity bin, not a huge loss for me. But the attitude was 100% unacceptable and I will never shop at ANY Deichmann store, ever again.
Go to CCC two stores down or Bata upstairs. The shoes are better quality there, anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shoes, very rude employees , instead of helping and encouraging foreigners that are just learning the Czech language, they talk very impolite and rude. Do not answer the questions properly and do not cooperate with customers at all. Do not recommend anyone.
