Jdu do soudu a budu podávat zadost a trestní čin v podvodu a vymáhání. These are fraudsters, we ordered the goods, brought the damaged ones, then made a complaint so that the decision period expired. I will go to court and file a plea and a crime in fraud and enforcement.

Lenka Dvořáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenakoupial jsem s ohledem na produt, který je dle fotogafie zcela totožný, jako jiný "originál" (kovová část, která je vidět je součástí samotné textilní kapsy). Cenový rozdíl markantní, název výrobku se liší. To bylo něco, co mne velmi zaujalo. O pravdivosti obchodu velice pochybuji a akorát mi to potvrdily recenze od kupujícíh. Doporučuji nejprve projít, porovnat a pak možná koupit. Ale dle infa níže to snad ani nedoporučuji. Osobně určitě nikdy nenakoupí v tomto obchodě. I did not buy with regard to the product, which according to the photo is completely identical, as another "original" (the metal part that can be seen is part of the textile pocket itself). The price difference is striking, the product name is different. That was something that fascinated me. I doubt the truth of the deal and the reviews from the buyers just confirmed it to me. I recommend going through first, comparing and then maybe buying. But according to the info below, I don't even recommend it. Personally, they will definitely never buy at this store.

Ľudí zavádzajú s reklamami a garantovaným doručením do Vianoc ak objednáte do určitého termínu, pošlú Vám potvrdzujúci email s termínom doručenia, ale keď daný termín ubehne a Vy sa snažite dovolať, na telefónnych číslach sa nedovoláte, telefóny nefunkčné. Komunikovať sa dá jedine emailom a následne &Vám žiadny dátum doručenia negarantujú. Musela som objednávku stornovať, dôfam, že sa mi vrátia aspoň peniaze. I absolutely do not recommend. People mislead with ads and guaranteed delivery by Christmas if you order by a certain date, they will send you a confirmation email with the delivery date, but when the date expires and you try to call, you do not call the phone numbers, the phones do not work. You can only communicate by email and subsequently & do not guarantee you any delivery date. I had to cancel the order, I hope at least my money will be refunded.

I am satisfied with the purchase, the table is very nice and high quality. I picked it up at the service point, where they helped me load it into the car. So I recommend.

Paní mi vše ochotně vysvětlila a poradila, které zboží vybrat v závislosti na termínu dodání. Vysvětleno, že jsou pouze eshop a termíny zboží ovlivňuje dodavatel. Objednávka byla doručena dle termínu, který mi byl sdělen pracovnicí. Určitě si objednám znovu. I definitely recommend, I ordered the goods by phone, because I had some additional questions about the goods. The lady willingly explained everything to me and advised me which goods to choose depending on the delivery date. Explained that they are only an e-shop and the dates of the goods are influenced by the supplier. The order was delivered according to the deadline given to me by the employee. I will definitely order again.
M	Ma Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávala jsem si u nich noční stolek hollywood. Protože nebývám dost často doma, domluvila jsem se s nimi na doručení minulý pátek. Den předtím, ve čtvrtek mi volali že je to moc mrzí, že vědí, že jsem s nimi byla domluvena na pátek, ale že mi stolek dodají v pondělí. Pondělí se mi hodilo mnohem více, ale nechtěla jsem to komplikovat. Tohoto chování si strašně moc cením a setkala jsem se s tím poprvé. Mimochodem, ten stolek je moc krásný dámy :-) I ordered a Hollywood bedside table from them. Because I don't stay at home often enough, I made arrangements with them last Friday. The day before, on Thursday, they called me to say that they were very sorry, that they knew that I had made an appointment with them on Friday, but that they would give me a table on Monday. Monday was much more convenient, but I didn't want to complicate it. I really appreciate this behavior and I met it for the first time. By the way, the table is very beautiful ladies :-)

Vše na jedničku! Určitě zase ráda nečo koupím. Proto doporučuji tento obchod. I have shopped 5 times in this store and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the furniture. Absolutely great communication, new goods exactly as described, fast delivery! All for one! I will definitely like to buy something again. Therefore, I recommend this store.
N	Natálie Svitáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navštívila tuto prodejnu nábytku, a byla jsem hrubě nespokojena s přístupem pracovníků. Poprosila jsem starší paní, která se mnou vyřizovala zaplacení, zda bych mohla jen nahlédnout do krabice s výrobkem, abych se ujistila, že je vše v pořádku a poté zaplatím. Paní se to evidentně dost dotklo a do vysílačky mě s pánem, co mi přinesl poté výrobek ze skladu pomlouvala, oba mi nadávali. Ne sprostě, ale měli neadekvátní výrazy s ohledem na to že jsem byla jejich zákazník, co stál v té samé místnosti. Pán mi tedy produkt přinesl, rozřízl krabici, já vše zkontrolovala a zaplatila sem. Nechápu tento příštup lidí. I kdyby si o mě paní myslela cokoliv, tak jí to neopravňuje k zesměšňování mé osoby, a nenapadlo by mě, že někoho obtěžuje přinést ze skladu krabici, otevřít jí a zase zavřít. Výrobek byl jinak v pořádku, ale za toto chování už tomuto podniku nedám ani korunu. Today I visited this furniture store, and I was grossly dissatisfied with the approach of the staff. I asked the elderly lady who was processing the payment with me if I could just look in the box with the product to make sure everything was in order and then I would pay. The lady was obviously touched a lot and she slandered me on the radio with the master who brought me the product from the warehouse, they both cursed me. Not vulgarly, but they had inadequate expressions considering I was their customer standing in the same room. So the Lord brought me the product, cut the box, I checked everything and paid here. I don't understand this approach of people. Even if the lady thought anything about me, it wouldn't entitle her to make fun of me, and it wouldn't occur to me that it bothered someone to bring a box out of the warehouse, open it, and close it again. The product was otherwise in order, but I will not give a crown to this company for this behavior.
