T	Terinka Komi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První a také poslední nákup u této společnosti… Objednala jsem bedýnku mix ovoce - 3/4 bedýnky napůl shnilá jablka, 2 pomeranče a 1 hruška….. k této bedýnce jsem objednala ještě “čerstvé” klobásy z Mangalice, které tak zapáchaly, že je nechtěli ani mí psi…. Dost smutné vydávat tohle za BIO čerstvé výrobky…. Už nikdy více!!??? First and last purchase from this company… I ordered a box of fruit mix - 3/4 boxes of half-rotten apples, 2 oranges and 1 pear. Sad enough to call this BIO fresh products…. Never again !! ???

Pravda ale je, že poměrně často nedodají některou z objednaných věcí, což mi skoro vždy řekne až řidič při předávání nákupu, to je dost nepříjemný. Jednou se mi stalo, že nedodaná položka byla započítaná ve faktuře, nicméně s obchodem se to dalo vykomunikovat a připsali mi kredity. Přijde mi, že se tyto zaváhání stávají čím dál méně, nicméně na plný počet * to není. I order repeatedly, now for about fifteen. But the truth is that quite often they do not deliver any of the ordered items, which the driver almost always tells me when handing over the purchase, which is quite annoying. It occurs to me that these hesitations are becoming less and less, but in full * it is not.

Platba se hlásí jako kartou zaplacená a po téměř roce Vám přijde urgence, že je nezaplacená, což už je obtížně dohledatelné. Doporučuji v případě objednávek doověřit, že platba skutečně došla a vyžádat si potvrzení o zaplacení a uschovat. Inconsistent method of payments and communication. The payment is reported as paid by card and after almost a year you will feel urgent that it is unpaid, which is difficult to trace. In the case of orders, I recommend checking that the payment has actually arrived and requesting a confirmation of payment and keeping it.
E	Eva Macickova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávám pravidelně cca rok bedýnky a jsem naprosto spokojená. Obchod doporučuji- ovoce a zelenina má chuť a vůni, vydrží. Pán který bedýnky vozí, je velmi příjemný, dovoz probíhá v oznámeném čase. Komunikace s obchodem taky v pořádku. Kdo přemýšlí nad tím, co má na talíři, určitě tento obchod ocení :-) I regularly order boxes for about a year and I am completely satisfied. Shop I recommend - fruits and vegetables have a taste and smell, they will last. The gentleman who transports the boxes is very pleasant, the import takes place at the announced time. Communication with the store is also fine. If you are thinking about what you have on your plate, you will definitely appreciate this shop :-)
I	Ivo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tvrdili, že objednávka nebyla uhrazena i když byly peníze strženy. Po dodání důkazů nakonec platbu potvdili. Zboží doručili skoro až za dva týdny. Nebylo sice nekvalitní, ale dosti předražené. Pán, který objednávku doručoval přijel s autem přes trávu a zaparkoval na chodníku, aby si ušetřil pár kroků. Celkově tedy bohužel zklamání. They claimed that the order was not paid even though the money was withdrawn. After providing the evidence, they finally confirmed the payment. They delivered the goods in almost two weeks. It was not of poor quality, but quite overpriced. The gentleman who was delivering the order arrived by car across the grass and parked on the sidewalk to save a few steps. So, unfortunately, overall disappointment.
T	Tereza Fritschová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy recenze nepíšu, ale o tohle se podělit musím… nejsem ani zastánce objednávání jídla přes internet….V práci jsem narazila na letáček, tak jsem si řekla, že tomu zkusím dát šanci… Když v supermarketu za to dáváme nesmysl a ještě to stojí za nic.Když mi přišla bedýnka ovoce a bedýnka zeleniny zůstala jsem stát a koukat, tak krásnou zeleninu a ovoce jsem neviděla roky! A ta chuť…! ???Už nikdy jinak! Díky za Vás..! I never write reviews, but I have to share this… I'm not even a supporter of ordering food over the Internet…. I came across a leaflet at work, so I thought I'd try to give it a chance… When the box of fruits and the box of vegetables came to me, I stayed and watched, I had not seen such beautiful vegetables and fruits for years! And the taste…! NikdyNever again! Thanks for you ..!
D	Devon Morrissey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After placing an order and trying to email them(in czech) asking if we could do bank transfer instead of paying in cash during the pandemic. We got no response. After waiting over a week they finally delivered the order without any communcation. Things seemed to be fine. Now over 1 month later they are emailing us asking for 200 czk because they weighed our meat wrong(lol?). Give me a break. Do not recommend this company at all.
