- eshop by mohl být funkčnější a přehlednější,
- strašná doprava "Messenger", stála mě spoustu nervů, není možné se s dopravcem na čemkoli domluvit,
- nemožnost výběru jiné dopravy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatné zkušenosti. Nejprve přišlo písemné ujištění, že druhý den zásilka odchází. Po týdnu bez reakce volám. Prý má Messenger problémy, ale budou to sledovat. Po několika dalších telefonátech jsme ve čtvrtek ujištěni, že zásilka bude doručena v pondělí. Zase nic. Dorazila ve středu po 15 dnech! Řidiče se ptám, proč tak dlouho. Mám si to vyřešit s dodavatelem. Prý jede kvůli tomu až z Prahy (depo je v Hradci Králové). Na webu prahavino.cz po přihlášení před odkaz v záhlaví dostávám stále zprávu, že se moje objednávky zobrazí až po přihlášení, které se nachází dole na stránce. Zde však žádná možnost přihlášení neexistuje. Můj účet se mnou nekomunikuje. Škoda, vína celkem slušná, zákaznický servis tragicky amatérský a neschopný.

After several more phone calls, we are assured on Thursday that the shipment will be delivered on Monday. Nothing again. She arrived on Wednesday after 15 days! I ask the driver why so long. I have to deal with the supplier. It is said that he only leaves Prague because of this (the depot is in Hradec Králové). On the prahavino.cz website, after logging in before the link in the header, I still receive a message that my orders will not be displayed until after logging in, which is located at the bottom of the page. However, there is no login option here. My account is not communicating with me. Too bad, the wines quite decent, customer service tragically amateurish and incompetent.
