Maso v double cheese vidělo krávu jedině z vlaku, americké brambory jsme vůbec neměli místo nich jsme dostali steakové hranolky ( to by mi ani tak nevadilo kdyby nebyly plné oleje a nebyli by jako z gumy) a jedno jídlo nám úplně změnili. Celé jídlo může jít do koše, nedá se sníst. Děkuji za zpříjemnění dne a krásného oběda. Už si u vás nic nekoupíme. The pizza was dry, the dough was not burnt but it was firm. The meat in the double cheese was seen by the cow only from the train, we didn't have American potatoes at all, instead we got steak fries (I wouldn't mind if they weren't full of oil and they weren't like rubber) and they changed our food completely. The whole meal can go in the basket, it cannot be eaten. Thank you for a pleasant day and a nice lunch. We won't buy anything from you anymore.

Ihned volam do provozovny, po zvednuti me hned servirka servala, ze me neslysi. Zvysila jsem hlas a opet me servala, ze snad zacnu jmenem. Jednoduchy pozadavek - ze zaplatim az pri doruceni. Okamzite mi rekla, ze objednavku ihned stornuje, ze neexistuje zadna zmena, jelikoz na to nema cas a mela by s tim vecer komplikace. Zakaznicky servis priserny. Objednala jsem v Pizerii Tanvald a naprosta spokojenost. Absolute arrogance on the part of the staff - an order through their website, the payment failed, but the order was created. I immediately called the establishment, and when I was picked up, the waitress immediately told me that she could not hear me. I raised my voice and it served me again that I might start by name. Simple request - that I pay only upon delivery. She immediately told me that she was immediately canceling the order, that there was no change, as she had no time for that and would have complications with it tonight. Customer service. I ordered Tanvald in Pizera and completely satisfied.

Pizza [obsahovala nějaké zbytkové (kuřecí nugetky) namísto grilovaných kousků, které jsou psané v meny] hlavně byla menší o 10cm v průměru. Mega tortila byla mega bez sýru, mega suchá a hlavně mega bez masa(+35kč za hovězí maso navíc) a když už tam nějaké maso bylo, tak to chutnalo jako sekaná z globusu za 25kč do housky. "KROKETI" byly vynikající, tedy pokud to měl být olej v trojobalu (samozřejmě přišly bez objednaného dresingu). Příště radějí sežeru to pětikilo. Food completely cold. V	Vaclav Vavra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 slovy již nikdy více. Pán před námi chtěl poradit s výběrem pizzy, slečna mu odpověděla, že není jeho manželka, aby mu radila. Když jsme chtěli objednat my tak jsme začali hlásit jídla dle čísel na tabuli, paní nám odpověděla, aby si snad vzala brýle a šla si to sama číst, když jsme se optali proč je tak protivná, tak zavolala kolegu, jídlo jsem nakonec ani neobjednali a dle recenzí jsme asi udělali dobře. Doporučuji jedině v případě "zážitkového" občerstvení, protože toto jinde nezažijete. 3 words never again. Popletli 3 pizzy z 8, včetně nápojů, aby toho nebylo málo, tak předem zaplacený kebab nedovezli vůbec, a při předávání objednávky se kurýr ani neobtěžoval omluvit a říct, že ho zapomněl na střeše auta, když odjížděl z restaurace. Chuť pizzy nám bohužel náladu nespravila. Next time I prefer wire to the eye. They confused 3 pizzas out of 8, including drinks, to make matters worse, so they didn't bring the prepaid kebab at all, and when handing over the order, the courier didn't even bother to apologize and say he forgot it on the car roof when he left the restaurant. Unfortunately, the taste of the pizza did not set our mood.
P	Pepa Jelínek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příchodu do restaurace jsem se nestačil divit, pač to tam vypadalo jako po výbuchu atomovky. Vzadu byl vidět jakýsi kutloch obsluhy, který bych neočekával. Starý, rozbitý nábytek, bordel. Jídlo se dalo sníst, ale asi pouze z důvodu, že bylo od dobrého dodavatele (burgr jako kráva). Kdyby ho měl připravovat sám, z vlastních surovin, tak by asi tak chutný nebyl. Při příchodu nás uvítalo nějaké přivolávání Alláha. Kdyby mu tam vešla hygiena, do minuty by na místě skončil :))

Krásné město a ten kdo ví co chce, bude slušný člověk, protože oni tu pro Vás pracují, dostane dobré jídlo za pár korun. Vřele doporučuji burger. ⚛️ Good day everyone. Are you hungry?
