Of course, the mistakes were made by Agent Toth, who had no time to devote himself from the beginning. At the same time, I would like to thank Jana Höferová for all the essentials associated with her stay in Mauritius (the perfect LaPiroque hotel) and especially for the patience with which she paid attention to us during this time. At the time of the covid, we, on the recommendation (and for greater certainty), chose the option of arranging a holiday through the Deluxea travel agency. We said that it would be an easier option if the office took care of everything necessary. I chose this option after more than 10 years. Otherwise, I always planned and arranged all the trips myself. As for the agent, the communication was very nice. But I probably expected a little more "care" when you book a holiday in a higher price range. After paying for everything I needed, the agent did not call until a week before departure, when she sent me automatically generated vouchers, which I found after checking that they were badly filled in the office (bad flight) and a pdf with general instructions (of course freely available on the Internet). I also had to point out an error in informing about the number of ala carte dinners at the hotel, because the information at the travel agency did not match the information on the official hotel website. Upon arrival at the final destination, we were to look for an agency stand in the airport lobby (listed on the voucher we were supposed to have with us), where an informed driver would pick us up and take us to the hotel. they solved that they didn't have us anywhere, but that they would find a driver, if we wait another 15 minutes, another person finally caught us from the stand opposite, where we found out that the error occurred on the part of the travel agency, agency. So they tossed us like hot potatoes for x minutes before they figured out who we belonged to. I have to say that everyone was nice anyway, but unfortunately nothing worked as it should. So to sum it up. I don't see much of the added value of a travel agency, because I can handle tickets and a hotel, I have arranged suitable insurance myself and I also get a local taxi, which would be perhaps faster than finding a suitable stand. Deluxea travel agency communication was friendly in the end, but I probably expected a more precise approach.
