F	Filda DoubleB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vším naprostá spokojenost! Velká pečlivost Dr. Penčové a Vůjtkové. RTG před a po zákroku. Stačí se chovat lidsky a na všem se domluvíte. Nerozumím záporným recenzím, slečny na recepci jsou ochotné. Total satisfaction with everything! Great care Dr. Pen and Vůjtkové. X-ray before and after the procedure. All you have to do is be human and you can agree on everything. I do not understand the negative reviews, the ladies at the reception are willing.
e	e.m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestačím se divit, kvůli jakým prkotinám jsou lidé schopní udělit špatnou recenzi. Na kliniku chodím již 3 roky a vždy jsem odcházela spokojená. Zuby mi dala paní doktorka Vůjtková dohromady, je to kouzelnice. Ano, ceny jsou sice vyšší, ale za bílou plombu si zaplatíte všude, anestezie je zde samozřejmostí (bohužel ne všude tomu tak je). RTG je prováděn pravidelně, trhání osmičky na chirurgii proběhlo hladce, DH v budově je super (mohu se objednat na 1 den na prevenci i DH). Kliniku mohu s čistým svědomím doporučit všemi deseti. It's not enough to wonder what tricks people are able to give a bad review to. I have been going to the clinic for 3 years and I have always left satisfied. Dr. Vůjtková put my teeth together, she's a magician. Yes, the prices are higher, but you pay for the white seal everywhere, anesthesia is a matter of course (unfortunately not everywhere). X-rays are performed regularly, tearing the figure eight at the surgery went smoothly, DH in the building is great (I can order 1 day for DH prevention as well). I can recommend the clinic to all ten with a clear conscience.

I am satisfied with the surgery. I'm visiting Dr. Vujtková. The examination is on time, without a problem with ordering. The staff is professional and friendly.

K novým pacientům a k akutním případům přístup z jejich strany nulový. Jsem ráda, že moji sestru ošetřili akutně v jiné klinice, kde ještě nebyla ani pacientkou. Proto stomatologickou kliniku K11 vřele nedoporučuji. My sister needed acute treatment in K11. However, she did not receive help from the arrogant receptionist. Zero approach to new patients and acute cases. I am glad that my sister was treated acutely in another clinic, where she was not even a patient yet. That is why I do not highly recommend the K11 dental clinic.
J	Jana Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bylo nám sděleno. že dcera již není jejich pacient že jí zrušili registraci z důvodu že jsme nepřišli více než rok na prohlídku (byla korona nechtěla jsem dceru vystavovat stresu testování). Nikdo nás na zrušení neupozornil ani nám nezavolali nebo neposlali email s upozorněním. Když jsme nyní chtěli přijít řekli smůla už není náš pacient, už Vás nevezmeme. Asi mají klientů dost, aby se jim to jednou nevymstilo toto chování. We were told. that the daughter is no longer their patient that she canceled her registration due to the fact that we did not come for more than a year for an examination (she was a corona, I did not want my daughter to be subjected to stress testing). No one has notified us of the cancellation or called or sent us a notification email. Now that we wanted to come, they said bad luck is no longer our patient, we will no longer take you. They probably have enough clients so that this behavior does not work out for them one day.
D	Dominik Mesaroš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítelkyně měla zánět zubu přes víkend, v pondělí jsme tam hned šli od 7 kde mají brát urgentní případy ale to by doktoři nesměli chodit na 8.Snášela nesnesitelnou bolest ale furt nás posílali nahoru dolů, že musíme počkat nakonec ji vzal jiný zubař pan T, který nebyl její ošetřující ale přesto nás naštěstí vzal.Nejmenovaný ošetřující lekář K. který má “nastarosti” mojí přítelkyni tak jí řekl,že dřív než o půl 11 nás nevezme a potom z toho najednou bylo odpoledne.Naštěstí pan doktor dole nás vzal cca v 10 tudíž přes 3 hodiny čekání. My girlfriend had a toothache over the weekend, on Monday we went there from 7 where they have to take urgent cases but the doctors should not go to 8. She suffered unbearable pain but they kept sending us up and down that we had to wait until another dentist took her T, An unnamed doctor K. who is "in charge" of my girlfriend told her that he would not take us until half past seven and then it was suddenly in the afternoon. 10 therefore over 3 hours of waiting.

Paní doktorka je velmi příjemná, sestřička má k dětem takový ráznější přístup. Už chodíme jinam, i tak doporučuji. Wheelchair access thanks to the platform and lift. The dental hygienist is a very pleasant lady. The doctor is very pleasant, the nurse has such a stronger approach to children. We go somewhere else, I still recommend.

Ikdyž syn nespolupracoval, nadále byla příjemná a trpělivá. Děkujeme a kliniku určitě doporučujeme. Thank you for the patience and understanding of Dr. Yuonis and her assistant nurse. I have never experienced so much empathy with a doctor. Although the son did not cooperate, she remained pleasant and patient. Thank you and we definitely recommend the clinic.
