I always buy the shampoo here and it’s really good for the hair. I did not use the services of doing here something for the hair itself.

Very good hairsalon with very professional hairstylists and great ambiance and service.

The experienced Adéla was super friendly and helpful. The receptionist was also delightfully polite. In the end, I left very satisfied with the whole experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS First of all no qualified hairdresser would let you go out of their salon looking this terrible The owner said the stylist was good at highlights I beg to differ - as they didn't even do my roots properly. Also she only highlighted my top roots and the bottom wasn't done at all - therefore if i wear my hair up you can see that there is no highlights and I specifically asked for all ROOTS from all angles to be highlighted its just common sense! I asked for a dutch braid and got something that looks like a french braid done by a 5 year old ( with a little piece of hair hanging at the back, that was tucked under my shirt or something as I saw it when I hot home and a non straight hair parting.) if you dont know how to do a simple braid then gosh they have a problem! I had a trim/cut on the end of my hair that was done without brushing my hair prior to that not once was my hair being brushed until I asked for it to be which is ridiculous!! Therefore it is uneven!! Got charged a ridiculous amount of 90 euros for this crap and wasn't even offered a refund only was offered to come in the salon and have it re-done ( yeah as if I am ever going back there) I do have to say they were polite throughout everything but I went to the hairdressers to get a good job done to my hair not smiles here there and everywhere without understanding what I was asking for... and even if it was understood what I was asking for it honestly seems like they have no hairdressing qualifications or any idea about hair! Overall what a joke/ rip off even my czech friends said that the price was ridiculous and the service was a joke!! Please research before going anywhere to avoid these things happening!! I emailed and they responded that I wouldn't get a refund under any circumstances and that i didn't complain at the time - yeah well how could you say that you weren't satisfied with the braid if someone cant already do a braid they cant re do it full stop. The rest I had the horrible surprise to see at home with a back mirror! Absolutely awful experience never again!!

I would like to say big thanks to Adela. She is incredibly patience with me and my ideas of changing colors. Every single time she does great job. After 6 years abroad I have to say I found my favorite hairdresser here in Prague. Thank you so much.

I am very pleased with Šarka’s work. She did an amazing job on my cold blond/silver highlights, and they always take time and effort to listen, and whenever l needed somebody to translate my special needs, Simona was there to help. So l keep coming back.

I paid 1000czk as a deposit and wasn't able to make my appointment, they kept the deposit and asked me to pay another 3.5k in advance.
