K	Kristýna Štěpánková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde před asi 4 rokama, s doporučením ze zubní pohotovosti - komplikace po vytržení osmičky, měla jsem alveolitidu, ze které se ještě vyklubal okoločelistní absces. Měla jsem horečku a byla jsem už v takovém polovědomí. Na zubní pohotovosti mě poslali sem, že je to už na chirurgii, že se mnou už nic nesvedou. Po příjezdu nás sjela sestra ať si jdeme do automatu ve vedlejší budově zaplatit poplatek 90kč za pohotovost, že až pak si ode mě vezme doklady. Naštěstí mi tam došel přítel, já kolabovala na sedačce. Pak jsem čekala v čekárně nejmíň 4 hodiny, než mě pozvali dovnitř. Pak už to šlo ráz na ráz - mladý doktor se zděsil, když viděl můj stav, zavolal starší lékařku, ta pak zavolala ještě staršího "pana docenta" a už mě přijímali na lůžkové oddělení a ještě ten den operovali. Zachránili mi ten den život, za což jsem moc vděčná. Jen ten prvotní dojem byl teda vcelku hroznej, ale chápu, že i s pacienty to je někdy těžký. I had a fever and I was already so conscious. They sent me here at the dental emergency room, that it was already during surgery, that they would not do anything with me anymore. Upon arrival, our sister went to let us go to the vending machine in the next building to pay a fee of 90 CZK for the emergency room, that only then she will take the documents from me. Fortunately, my friend ran out there, I collapsed in my seat. Then I waited in the waiting room for at least 4 hours before I was invited inside. Then it happened all of a sudden - the young doctor was horrified when he saw my condition, called an older doctor, who then called an even older "associate professor" and I was already admitted to the ward and operated on that day. They saved my life that day, for which I am very grateful. So the initial impression was quite terrible, but I understand that even with patients it is sometimes difficult.

Pane doktore, opravdu mockrát děkuji za Vas přístup a šikovné ruce, stali nade mnou vsichni svatí, kdyz jsem si na ambulanci vylosovala zrovna Vas. Kéž by byli takový všichni zubaři. Ještě jednou moc díky za bezbolestne vytržení stoličky i psychickou podporu, za tu samozřejmě dekuju i sestricce❤️ zdraví potetovana poseroutka? Update: po tydnu me bohužel bolest dohnala opet na stomatochirurgii na stejné místo, doporučuji vybrat jiný den než pondělí, protože jsem cekala 3 hodiny, ale doktor Mach taky fajn, i když priste si budu trvat na injekci i pri čištění zanetu, protoze jsem se po odchodu bolesti rozbrecela:D If you come across Dr. Michal Vavra, it is your lucky day. Doctor, thank you very much for your approach and dexterous hands, all the saints stood above me when I drew lots for you at the ambulance. I wish all dentists were like that. Thanks again for the painless ecstasy of the chair and the psychological support, for that, of course, I also thank the nurse (health tattooed poseroutka). Update: after a week, unfortunately, the pain caught up with me again at the same place for dental surgery, I recommend choosing a day other than Monday, because I waited 3 hours, but Dr. Mach too, even if I still insist on the injection when cleaning the inflammation, because I after the pain left she cried: D
R	Roman Vápeník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem sem přeposlán z pohotovosti v Thomayerově nemocnici, kde si se mnou nevěděl nikdo rady. Tady půl hodiny strachu a dnes už jen mírná bolest po extrakci stoličky. Perfektní, zkušený a šetrný mladý lékař provedl vynikající a bezbolestný výkon. Děkuju. I was transferred here from an emergency room at Thomayer Hospital, where no one knew how to deal with me. Here half an hour of fear and today only mild pain after the extraction of the stool. A perfect, experienced and gentle young doctor performed an excellent and painless performance. Thank you.

Ten den mi udelali sono i rengen, vsichni na me byli moc mily, zadny arogantni pristup. A az teprve v teto nemocnici mi po 5 mesicich lekari zjistili co mi je, predchozi lekari na jine pohotovosti ani poliklinikach nevedeli. Ceka se, ale stoji to za to! Yes, it 's been a long time. I waited 4 hours. But you couldn't wash better ovens here. That day they made me sono and rengen, everyone was very nice to me, no arrogant approach. And it wasn't until this hospital that the doctors found out what was wrong with me after 5 months, the previous doctors at other emergencies and polyclinics did not know. Waiting, but it's worth it!

Nicmene, prijmou Vam s doporucenim od Vaseho lekare kazdy po-čt od 7:00 rano. Doporucuji prijit uz cca 6:40-6:50 a budete z neakutnich pacientu na zacatku fronty. Pred Vami mozna vezmou par akutnich pripadu, pripadne kontroly. Cela delka vysetreni i s cekanim trvala cca 90minut. Byla jsem prvni neakutni pripad. Udelali mi velky rentgen a vse posoudili. Doktorka byla mila a profesionalni. Pocitejte s tim, ze prihlizeji studenti, pokud to odsouhlasite. Jsem spokojena. V dobe, kdy jsem odchazela cca 8:15 uz bylo v cekarne snad 50 lidi. Hodne stesti! Dentists and companies from almost the whole country are sent to this outpatient clinic. There are a lot of patients here. However, they will take you with a recommendation from your doctor every Monday from 7:00 in the morning. I recommend arriving at about 6: 40-6: 50 and you will be out of acute patients at the beginning of the queue. They may take a couple of acute cases or checks in front of you. The entire length of the examination, even waiting, took about 90 minutes. I was the first non-acute case. They did a big x-ray for me and judged everything. The doctor was nice and professional. Feel that students will sign up if you agree. I'm happy. By the time I left at about 8:15 there were probably about 50 people in the waiting room. Good luck!

Ale takovéhle čekání, kdy Vám krvaci rána ze zubu, čekáte na šití a chodi před Vámi lidi na trhani.. k tomu nepříjemné sestřičky a paní na recepci. Jsem rada ze přítel po 4 hodinách krvácení nepadl. O bezdaka co nemá absolutní zájem o ošetření je starost .. A tohle je prý normální. Za to si platíme. Doufám ze už sem nikdy víc nebudeme muset. I understand, emergency.
