★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve firmě jsem si nechal přezout kola na novém autě staré 4měsíce. Po 200 km mi počítač hlásil poruchu v tlaku na levém zadním kole. V autorizovaném servisu Ford zjistily, že měřič tlaku je volně vhozený v pneumatice omotaný izolepou. Zřejmě aby nepoškodil pneu. Mechanici při výměně zavadily o snímač a ten upadl. Dostal jsem kontakt na majitele Aleše Lukáška, který tvrdil, že po dvou měsících už nic nehodlá řešit a vymlouval se na kdovícosi. Kdyby aspoň přiznal, že se něco mohlo přihodit a omluvil se, tak to pochopím. Všem nedoporučuji služby tohoto servisu. Komunikace 0. Majitel ještě horší..
In the company, I had the wheels changed on a new 4-month-old car. After 200 km, the computer reported a pressure failure on the left rear wheel. They found out at an authorized Ford workshop that the pressure gauge was loosely tucked into the tire wrapped in duct tape. Apparently not to damage the tires. During the exchange, the mechanics tripped over the sensor and it fell. I got in touch with the owner Aleš Lukášek, who claimed that after two months he no longer intended to solve anything and made excuses for something. If he at least admitted that something could have happened and apologized, I would understand. I do not recommend the services of this service to everyone. Communication 0. Owner even worse ..
