★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zapůjčená Fabia combi na firmu - zapůjčení i navrácení vozidla sice proběhlo v pořádku, ale několik měsíců jsme čekali na navrácení kauce (vozidlo vráceno firmě 30.11.2018 a kauce přišla 30.4.2019). Neprofesionální přístup na infolince, kde mi dali číslo na kolegu, který má na starosti platby, ať mu zavolám a vyřídím to s ním. Ten se sice snažil situaci zachránit, ale s ohledem na třetí urgenci už to nepomohlo.
Borrowed Fabia Combi to the Company - Although borrowing and returning the car was in order, we waited a few months for the bail to be returned (the vehicle returned to the company on 30.11.2018 and the deposit arrived on April 30, 2019). An unprofessional approach to the info line, where they gave me a number for a colleague who is in charge of payment, let me call him and handle it with him. Although he tried to save the situation, but with regard to the third urgency, it did not help.

Upozornění pro všechny potenciální zákazníky společnosti max rental!!!!
Tři týdny po odeslání pravdivé recenze mi přišlo předvolání od policie na podání vysvětlení. Pane Lukášku to už si snad děláte legraci. Budeme vás žalovat o náhradu škody, která nám vznikla. Hodně štěstí.
