K	Karin Zachova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAPROSTO NESERIOZNÍ.Objednali jsme si tuto firmu, protože jsme potřebovali odstranit srsni hnízdo z terasy. Zadali jsme o co nejdrivejsi termin, mohli pouze v sobotu, ač se nám to nehodilo, souhlasili jsme, abychom se srsnu co nejdříve zbavili. V domluvený čas nikdo nepřijel, tak jsme volali a řekli, že přijedou až za dvě až tři hodiny. Ovšem opět nikdo nepřijel ani nedal telefonicky vědět. V neděli jsme domluvili tedy další termín a k našemu překvapení opět nikdo nezavolal ani nepřijel. Doporučuji jenom někomu, kdo sedi doma na zadku a nevadí mu čekat na někoho, kdo stejně nepřijde. We entered the earliest possible date, only on Saturday, although we did not use it, we agreed to get rid of the fur as soon as possible. Nobody came at the appointed time, so we called and said they would be in two to three hours. But again, no one came or let us know by phone. On Sunday we arranged another term and to our surprise no one again called or came. I recommend only to someone who sits on his ass at home and does not mind waiting for someone who will not come anyway.

Vyřešeno. Ani kafe nechtěl :-) Doporučuji I chose the company on the website, called on Saturday afternoon. For a great price, the employee came to us on Sunday. V úterý večer volám paní kdy to asi tak bude.. Ona se omlouvala a divila se že se kolega neozval sám.. že přijede ve středu večer. Ve středu večer se snažím dovolat paní. Paní to nebere pošle mi však číslo asi přímo na hlavního deratizera. Ten´to taky nebere jen pošle smsku že zavolá ráno. Naprosto neprofesionalní... nedoporučuji. Museli jsme nakonec volat hasiče. K	Kristýna Karasová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost, při prvním domluveném termínu volali den předem že se jim uvolnilo místo že přijedou za 3 hodiny takže těhotná se z toho minim zbláznit krom mě tu nechají ještě všechen nábytek nechat sundat, po 14 dnech opět smluvený termín v pátek a oni volají že přijedou ve čtvrtek opět den předem takže doktorku jsem musela zrušit , přijeli o hodinu dýl takže musel otevřít majitel bytu , přišla jsem s dětmi domu s tím že měli otevřít okna , okna zavřený nábytek vzhůru nohama. Všude nechutně našlapano ? . Nikdy víc bych tuto firmu nevolila Total dissatisfaction, at the first agreed date they called a day in advance that they had a place to arrive in 3 hours so the pregnant woman would go crazy except me to let all the furniture be removed, after 14 days again the agreed date on Friday and they call that they come on Thursday again the day before so I had to cancel the doctor, they arrived an hour longer so the owner had to open the apartment, I came with the children of the house with the idea that they should open the windows, the windows closed furniture upside down. Everywhere disgustingly trampled ?. I would never vote for this company again
