★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme zde opravit starší kolo, aby bylo připravené na sezónu. Bylo potřeba vyměnit destičky, řetěz atd. Vícepráce navíc konzultují dopředu telefonicky, aby nedošlo k navýšení ceny servisu bez upozornění. Paráda, kolo jsme hned vyzkoušeli na delší vyjížďce a jede jako nové.

It was necessary to replace the plates, chain, etc. In addition, the extra workers consult in advance by phone so as not to increase the price of service without notice. Great, we immediately tried the bike on a longer ride and it goes like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem na doporuceni znameho, ale dlouho jsem se takto nespalil.
Nejprve story s terminy: Slo o standardni servis dvou kol. Predem jsem se osobne ptal, jak s terminem, prej neni problem do par dnu, at kola privezu. To jsem o tyden pozdeji udelal, bylo utery a chlapik mi po prohlidce sdelil, ze u jednoho kola bude potreba vetsi servis a druhe jen klasicky seridit, ze do patku to bude hotove a ze poslou sms. Po tydnu jsem volal, jak to vypada, bylo mi sdeleno ze nestihaji, ale ze kola budou do 1-2 dnu hotova, opet s informaci ze napisou. Po dalsim tydnu (tedy 14 dnech), kdy mi nic neprislo, jsem opet volal jak to vypada a kola uz byly hotove. Prej se jim to obcas stava.
Nyni jsem par dni po vyzvednuti kol ze servisu na cyklodovolene a na jednom kole po ujeti cca 10 km upadla cela klika i s prevodnikem. Preskakujici prevody a nedotazene ovladani teleskopicke sedlovky na druhem kole uz je jen tresnicka.
Nevim co tam borci s tema kolama skoro 2 tydny delali, ale odvedli teda hodne mizernou praci. Zitra mi snad v mistnim servisu kolo opravi.

First story with deadlines: It was a standard two-round service. In advance, I personally asked how with the deadline, there is no problem in a few days to bring the bikes. I did that a week later, it was Tuesday, and after the inspection the guy told me that one round would require more service and the other just classically, that it would be done by the end and that I would send a text message. After a week, I called what it looks like, I was told I would not be able to, but the bikes will be ready within 1-2 days, again with information from the inscription. After another week (ie 14 days), when nothing came to me, I called again what it looks like and the wheels were done. I wish it would happen to them from time to time.
Now, a few days after picking up the bikes from the service on a bicycle holiday, on one bike after driving about 10 km, the whole crank and the converter fell. Jumping gears and untapped control of the telescopic seatpost on the second wheel is only a cod.
I don't know what the fighters and the collars did there for almost 2 weeks, but they did a lot of lousy work. Maybe my local repair shop will fix my bike tomorrow.
