★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto zakáznický přístup. Je pravda, že jsem přijel na otvíračku, kterou pán co tu pracuje stejně nestihl. A taky jsem nepřijel na kole! ale na koloběžce. Zastavil jsem tady protože mi uletěl špalek na zadní brzdě. A odjel s tím, že nejsou samoobsluha a nepůjčí mi blbej imbus abych si opravil svůj stroj a platit hodinu práce za takovou banalitu... hanba.
 Absolutely customer approach. It is true that I came to the opener, which the master who works here still did not manage. And I didn't come by bike either! but on a scooter. I stopped here because a log on my rear brake flew. And he left with the proviso that they are not self-service and will not lend me a stupid Allen to fix my machine and pay an hour of work for such banality ... shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vřele doporučuji, osobní přívětivý přístup. Sám nejspíš už nikde jinde nekoupím kolo a nikam jinam nepůjdu do servisu mám k nim naprostou důvěru - takových lidí co dělají svou práci s láskou je na světě potřeba víc.
I strongly recommend a personalized approach. I probably do not buy a bicycle anywhere else, and I do not go anywhere else in the service, I have the utmost confidence - people who do their job with love need more in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Během ježdění na jižní Moravě okolo Zaječí mi odešel náhle Sram Dub misky a po neodborném zásahu v Břeclavi, mi koli zachránili, kdy odstranil zanechanou jednu misku ve středu, která nešla vytahnout nářadím , protože nebylo ji za co chytit. Hrozilo poškození karbonove rámu Ghost Lectora, bylo to 50 na 50. Opravu středu mi udělali na počkání, dokonce umyli řetěz kazetu. Moc děkuji za skvělý profesionalni přístup, dobré rady a za 2 hodiny práce si účtovali skvělou cenu. Ještě jednou moc děkuji. Kolo zase jede jako hodinky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutecne arogantni a lidsky odporna prodavacka. Opravdu spise neocekavat zakaznicky orientovany pristup nebo neco jako soft skills. Velmi nedoporucuji.
Incredibly arrogant and humanly disgusting saleswoman. Don't really expect a customer-oriented approach or something like soft skills. I do not highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u have a problem with the bicycle, u should go for sure here . The guys knows there work. We were more than satisfied. Also i would like to mention that they are speaking english. So there is no problem to explain what is wrong with your bicycle. Very helpful and open people, thanks :)
