Slečna Radka mě velmi mile obsloužila s úsměvem a pochopením. Ráda se sem opět vrátím. I bought a bazaar snowboard here for a great price! Overall business friendly and staff very helpful! I přes šibeniční termín jsme našli s paní skvělé řešení, fér půjčovna. Na dnešní dobu milé překvapení. Určitě doporučuji. Unexpected sales service even during hectic spring holidays. Three times someone came to ask me if someone was already paying attention to me while waiting. Despite the gallows deadline, we found a great solution with the lady, fair rental. A nice surprise for today. I definitely recommend.
O	Ondřej Mikeš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionální a vstřícný přístup pana majitele, který že se mi ochotně věnoval a opravdu poradil. Oceňuji, že mi nic nevnucoval. Pořídil jsem bazarový lyžařský set pro sebe a manželku. Vše v perfektním stavu. Už jsem i vyzkoušel na horách a velká spokojenost :). K tomu jsme půjčili lyže pro děti, taky bez problémů. Celkově velmi sympatický obchod s komplet servisem pro lyžaře i běžkaře. Budu se rád vracet. The professional and helpful approach of the owner, who willingly took care of me and really advised me. I appreciate that he didn't force anything on me. I bought a bazaar ski set for myself and my wife. Everything in perfect condition. I have already tried the mountains and great satisfaction :). We also rented skis for children, also without any problems. Overall a very nice shop with a complete service for skiers and cross-country skiers. I will be happy to return.

Přišel jsem si půjčit lyže bez objednání - ano, chápu, v půjčovnách ve městě je jiný mrav, než v půjčovnách u sjezdovek. Bylo by fajn mít na stránkách, že je potřeba vybavení rezervovat dopředu. Pan prodejce mě poměrně podivně přivítal s tím, že "co si představuju v pondělí". Nakonec k mému nadšení mně akorát padl jediný pár bot, které měl od velikosti 38 až 44 a lyže k tomu. Super klika. Při návratu jsem lyže vrátil, vše bylo ok. Krom toho, že v prodejně byl se mnou ještě pán, který měl zájem o lyžařské brýle. Měl sice omezený rozpočet, ale chtěl si vyzkoušet dražší brýle. Prodejce ho velmi arogantně utřel, že si chce zkusit brýle, které stejně nekoupí, protože jsou nad jeho budget. Ano, pán si brýle nekoupil a prodejce byl samozřejmě arogantně na koni. No, já se zajímal o bazarové lyže, v prodejně bylo prázdno a já jsem chtěl poradit, prohlédnout si a porovnat. Prodejce? Opět arogantní, že si mu lidé fotí celý obchod a pak koupí jinde. Ano, koupí jinde, i já koupím jinde, i když by na mě lyže měli. Nechci se cítit v prodejně tak, jako jsem se cítil zde - na obtíž očividně znechucenému a zfrustrovanému prodejci. Nicméně 3 hvězdy, jelikož mi na začátku vyhrabal set, který mi slušně posloužil. I do not share the enthusiasm of others. It would be nice to have on the site that the equipment needs to be booked in advance. The salesman welcomed me quite strangely, saying that "what I imagine on Monday". In the end, to my excitement, I just fell for a single pair of shoes, which he had from size 38 to 44, and skis for that. Super clique. On my return I returned the skis, everything was ok. In addition to the fact that there was also a gentleman in the store who was interested in ski goggles. Although he had a limited budget, he wanted to try more expensive glasses. The seller wiped him very arrogantly, trying to try glasses that he still won't buy because they are above his budget. Yes, the gentleman did not buy glasses, and the seller was, of course, arrogantly riding. Well, I was interested in bazaar skis, the store was empty and I wanted to advise, look and compare. The seller? Again arrogant that people take pictures of his whole shop and then buy him elsewhere. Yes, they will buy elsewhere, I will buy elsewhere, even if they have skis on me. I don't want to feel in the store the way I did here - a nuisance to an obviously disgusted and frustrated salesman. However, 3 stars, because in the beginning he won me a set that served me well.
