★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto férový přístup při řešení problému, který vznikl při servisním zásahu. Vyřešeno v co nejkratší možné době vzhledem k aktuální (ne)dostupnosti některých dílů. Takhle by měl vypadat každý servis, nejen kol. Určitě doporučuji.
 Absolutely fair approach when solving a problem that arose during a service intervention. Resolved in the shortest possible time due to the current (in) availability of some parts. This is what every service should look like, not just bicycles. I definitely recommend.

It was fixed next morning 1/2 hour after opening by replacing the spokes and adjusting the wheel. Thanks a lot to our hero - you made the day (and even more)!
