★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrzí mě že, nejde zboží ihned vyzkoušet a musí se objednávat přes web, na druhou stranu to chápu, že s tak velkým sortimentem je to nelehké. A svou širokou specializaci dělají dobře (tak proč nemít tak velký sortiment?).
Co je mínus objednávání zboží na webu, tak to, že to není UX friendly. Člověk se téměř musí dostat k zaplacení objednávky, jen aby si mohl zboží vyzkoušet na prodejně. Stačilo by v košíku tlačítko – chci vyzkoušet na prodejně a potom koupit. (+ pak nějaké více zavazující).
Personál super – přátelský, ochotný.
 I'm sorry that the goods can't be tested immediately and have to be ordered via the web, on the other hand I understand that with such a large assortment it's not easy. And they do their wide specialization well (so why not have such a large assortment?).
What is minus ordering goods on the web is that it is not UX friendly. One almost has to get to pay for the order, just to be able to try the goods at the store. All you need is a button in the cart - I want to try it on the store and then buy it. (+ then some more binding).
Staff super - friendly, helpful.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, you Vám ask them anything. They are very quick, what is not in store, can be delivered mostly for upcoming days. Parking directly in front of the store, 4 reserved spots. Store is not visible from the road, you need to take turn into the yard by London Pub restaurant.
