Strollers Pink Panther

Unpleasant and arrogant. They refuse to handle fully justified complaints. When ordering, they offered a free bodysuit for the pram, but in the end they did not deliver it. When claiming the stroller chassis half a year later, they did not accept the complaint twice. Right after the first unrecognized complaint, I had the pram complained again, after which the staff tried to convince me that the chassis stinked (after standing with them for 2 weeks). In the end, I had to contact the manufacturer directly, who was aware of the defect and it was resolved, but not thanks to the company Pink Panther. EDIT: To the reaction: The review is mainly related to the first complaint, as I described above. The complaint should have been accepted (also with regard to the admission of possible defects by the manufacturer, who, unlike you, faced this).

I do not recommend this store. I wrote an e-mail twice in one week, whether they have a certain stroller physically in stock or whether it is possible to order it at the store for inspection and trial. We had a pram and we wanted to take it. No one was able to answer me after a week. So I went to the store in person to ask if my questions had arrived and if they had it, so of course they found it. Surprisingly, quite a lot of saleswomen for a smaller store, who just talked and couldn't even get proper advice. I knew more and I read it all on the internet. Second experience - I ordered a cot and a mattress from them, because unfortunately I did not find it anywhere else. Today the goods arrived and I was shocked. There were cobwebs in the box and on the cribs from the crib! So I'm pretty worried that moths or other insects will come out of it over time.

Czech: I can not recommend, because these are low-quality Polish shunts for enormous money. Communication with the owner is a disaster (her ignorance of the law excuses her arrogant and aggressive behavior at the level of a small child). They will only sell you anything here, but in the event of a defect, they will try to circumvent all laws to avoid resolving the complaint. It has already been handed over to the CTIA. (Defect see photo, repair max for 100 CZK) English: I can not recommend because it´s only cheap goods for a lot of money. Communication with the owner is a disaster. They will sell you anything but won´t help you when you get broken goods. I really do not recommend and I already reported this to the authorities. EDIT (owner's response): I was with you in the first 6 months, when the seller is responsible for the defect, so I am entitled to a complaint that cannot be resolved for you, because I came across ignorance of the law or its intentional circumvention. Thus, I handed over the case to the CTIA, and as I look at the reviews, I am not the only one who was not satisfied with the purchase. I hope that other potential buyers will read here that this is not a random situation but a common unfair practice of this seller and will consider buying elsewhere. EDIT ENGLISH: With this problem i came in first 6 month when the seller is responsible for the defect, so i am entitled to a complaint. As i already said its reported to the authorities and I hope that any potential buyers wont buy there anything after reading my review and i am not the only one whos not pleased with their services!
