I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of Mr. Jirků. We had him prepare a floor composition in a panel apartment in a dry way. Mr. Jirků did not comply with the agreed thicknesses of individual elements, while accepting their unavailability on the market. After five minutes on Google, I found the material and even for a better price. Mr. Jirků agreed that it is said to be of lower quality. Subsequently, during the assembly, he cursed at the dimensional inaccuracy of his own material. He was able to build a crooked floor on a perfectly level surface and not notice it. Based on this, he wanted to increase the originally agreed layer of self-leveling in the next room. Until I had to discover where he had made a mistake, convince him of it and explain to him how to fix the mistake. Then I taught him to concrete and showed how to anchor cables. Of course, the composition used for insufficient board thicknesses does not work and there are local overflows on it. Unfortunately, the summoned accredited construction supervisor could not say for sure that the composition was incorrect, he would only recommend another one. Due to the short time, we could not afford to have Mr. Jirků remodel the floor, just try to mitigate the consequences with him. Due to the inaccuracy of the work of Mr. Jirků's assistant, I had to replace many screws (they were oblique and did not hold) and also in some places the expansion joint was not observed. The change in humidity during the subsequent painting caused the floor to lean against the wall and undulate in places with insufficient joints. Of course, Mr. Jirků did not admit guilt, but at least he tried to be accommodating and several times tried to eliminate the inequalities. This was partially successful, but it cost me a lot of my own time and effort. Mr. Jirků had to anchor the floating floor to the ground in a few places due to local bends. Since he doesn't think about his work at all, he used the wrong screws to anchor, so the floor began to creak in the places. In eliminating this problem, I had to show him again how to successfully drill into the concrete with a hammer drill, he was not able to do it himself. For the first time, the part of the floor that was leveled with a self-leveling trowel failed. The spatula broke out in places, so Mr. Jirků had to grind it, then break it and pour it again. Mr. Jirků still teased us and sold us his Chinese floor, which is "the best in the world". It looks really nice, but he forgot to emphasize its poor resistance to elevated temperatures, so the floor ripples in the summer in places where the sun shines. Mr. Jirků initially looked like a great expert. He allegedly did not have a single complaint for 20 years. This will probably be because he is not able to admit a mistake and therefore does not accept any complaints. I do not strongly recommend cooperating with Mr. Jirků. I am very dissatisfied with the floor and several experts agree with me. The floor is not flat and is unstable. The transition strips do not sit and the cabinets deviate from the wall. I strongly doubt the life of the floor. I regret that I did not know then what I know now and that I let Mr Jirků speak several times. I should have thrown him out as soon as he brought in the wrong material and set part of the floor at an angle.
