★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejna je menší, takže v některých prostorech není příliš velký prostor pro pohyb (měla jsem strach, že bych mohla něco shodit svým batohem). Co se týče nabídky a uspořádání, jinak by přišla více než v pořádku.
The store is smaller, so there is not much room to move in some areas (I was afraid I might throw something away with my backpack). In terms of menu and layout, otherwise it would come more than okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, z Aktinu ráda objednávám, takže jsem ocenila navštěvu kamenné prodejny, jediné mínus je že tu nemají alespoň malý nákupní košík, ale obsluha velice milá slečna?
Great, I like to order from Aktin, so I appreciated a visit to the stone shop, the only downside is that they don't have at least a small shopping cart, but the staff a very nice lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna mala možno iba zlý deň, takže dám len 2 namiesto 1, ale svojím tónom a poznámkou mi môj deň rozhodne nezlepšila.
Objednal som si dva kusy tovaru v rozličných veľkostiach ktoré som si chcel vyskúšať a zobrať len jeden kus. Pravda, reagoval som trochu zbrklo keď som chcel za obidva kusy najskôr zaplatiť aby som si ich mohol v kľude vyskúšať a nezdržovať človeka čakajúceho za mnou. Dalo sa to podľa mňa chápať. Rozhodne mi ale nepríde v poriadku aby ma niekto arogantným tónom poúčal aké je to nelogické. Hlavne predavač. V obchode. Pred ostatnými ľuďmi. Tú poznámku by som prehliadol nebyť toho tónu z ktorého mi prišlo fakt nevoľno.
Slečne by som len odkázal že sa raz môže stať že niekomu príde NELOGICKÉ mať zamestnanca, ktorý nezvláda náplň práce pozostávajúcu tak maximálne z 3 činností, z ktorých jednou a najdôležitejšou je proklientský prístup.
Podľa ďalších recenzií vidím že nie som prvy čo má podobný problém so slnečnou na predajni.
PS: Jo a ešte by som fakt poriešil ten reflektor čo svieti ľuďom do očí ako na výsluchu keď stoja pred pokladňou.
The girl may have had only a bad day, so I'll only give 2 instead of 1, but her tone and remark definitely didn't improve my day.
I ordered two pieces of goods in different sizes that I wanted to try and take only one piece. True, I reacted a little hastily when I wanted to pay for both pieces first so that I could try them in peace and not stay the person waiting for me. I thought it was understandable. But it definitely doesn't seem right for me to be taught me in an arrogant tone how illogical it is. Mainly the salesman. In the shop. In front of other people. I would have missed that note if it weren't for the tone that made me feel really sick.
Miss, I would just like to say that one day it may happen that someone comes NOT to have an employee who does not manage the job, consisting of a maximum of 3 activities, one and the most important is the pro-client approach.
According to other reviews, I see that I am not the first to have a similar problem with the sun in the store.
PS: Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.
