★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year ago I bought a pair of Zamberlan hiking shoes there. Unfortunately they were broken around the ankle to the mesh after one month of wearing so I brought them back. The staff is so so in terms of friendliness. They kept the shoes and I was told that they will send me a SMS message or mail when they get the reply from the manufacturer. 3 months later I had no news so I called them and I was told that I will get the money back. So I went there and received the cash but again the staff was not too friendly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate the help and services offered by the two ladies on the third floor of the shop in the rock climbing section. I had spent almost two plus hours trying different on shoes of different type, they patiently let me try them and provided their feedback on my foot type and which shoes I needed etc. Will definitely visit again!!!!
