R	Renáta Walterová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedno velké zklamání. Poctivě jsem se objednala,na termín čekala 2 měsíce, těšila se. Při příchodu,zmatek chaos panika.Čekarna malá, leč narvana. Na recepci nikdo,po 15min.jsem konečně měla komu nahlásit,že jsem zde.Arogance, ze strany slečny recepční, mě trošku překvapila,ale ok.Beru.Maji toho hodně. Všichni,co přišly po mě, šly přede mnou,ikdyz jsem byla objednaná.Po hodině a půl čekání,jsem to vzdala.Muj čas je drahý a nemyslím si,že je toto v pořádku,tak velké prostoje.Nezlobte se na mě,ale hrajete si na totální hogo fogo,ale v čekárně nehraje muzika,není tam zóna,kdy např.kdyz platite,tak aby tu částku neslyšel celý sbor atd.Kava pro klienty za 15kc? Za ty prachy co tam milé dámy nechávají,by měla být zadarmo.Katastrofa,na mě to teda působilo hrozně.Tesila jsem se na zážitek a příjemný dojem,nic z toho se ale v reálu nekonalo. Nobody at the reception, after 15 minutes. I finally had someone to report to me that I was here. Everyone who came after me went in front of me, even though I was ordered. After an hour and a half of waiting, I gave it up. My time is precious and I don't think this is okay, so great downtime. Don't be mad at me, but you play the total hogo fogo, but there is no music in the waiting room, there is no zone where, for example, when you pay, so that the whole choir does not hear the amount, etc. Coffee for clients for 15 CZK? For the money that the nice ladies leave there, it should be free. Damage

Za každým čo som prišla tak som čakala jednou 30 minút a jednou 55 minút kým ma vezmú na 3 minútové vyšetrenie. Dneska s rozjetou lupénkou som prišla o 5 minút neskôr. Takže ma zrušili. Zdravotné sestry povrchné a nepríjemné. Zbytočne som odišla z práce. Takže p.doktorka mi nijak nepomohla. Soukromá klinika za mňa už nikdy. Mala som zostať pri svojej štátnej doktorke,ktorá nemusí mať 50 diplomov vystavených.

Poté, co jsem asi po více než 8 epilací nezpozorovala výsledky, docházet jsem přestala. Podruhé jsem se k tomu vrátila na popud telefonátu sestřičky přímo z Dermaestet. Avšak další epilace bez výsledků. Odešla jsem s tím, že na: „Na Vás to prostě nefunguje“. V té době jsem tam také chodila na kožní, kde mi paní doktorka řekla, že v počítači vidí, že laserová epilace je u mě bez výsledků načež mi řekla, že na ni to také nefunguje. Nabízet něco, co nefunguje a nemá žádoucí efekt, je klamání klientů. I went to laser hair removal regularly. I started years ago. After not noticing the results after about 8 epilations, I stopped coming. For the second time, I returned at the urging of my nurse's phone call directly from Dermaestet. However, further epilation without results. I left with the saying, "It just doesn't work for you." At that time, I also went there to the dermatologist, where the doctor told me that she saw on the computer that laser hair removal was without results, and then she told me that it didn't work for her either. Offering something that doesn't work and doesn't have the desired effect is misleading clients.
T	Tommi Vo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem s atopickým ekzémem. Paní na recepci i sestřička byly velmi milé a nemám jim co vytknout. Ale přišel jsem do kliniky hlavně s tím, že mi konečně pomůžou, mimo věčného předepsání kortikosteroidů. Paní doktorka byla absolutně nepříjemná a nepřívětivá, jako kdybych jí téměř obtěžoval svojí návštěvou. Na dotaz, ohledně léčby mi bylo zodpovězeno, že se s tím nedá nic dělat kromě mazání kortikosteroidů, ačkoli na webových stránkách se chlubí všelijakými technologiemi na léčbu ekzémů. Čekal jsem zázrak, ale přístup a postup léčby úplně stejný jako na mnoha nekvalitních dermatologických klinikách, a to znamená pouhá léčba důsledku, a ne příčiny, jak bylo zmíněno v předchozích recenzích. I came with atopic eczema. The lady at the reception and sister were very nice and I have nothing to reproach them. But I came to the clinic mainly with the fact that I finally help, beyond the eternal prescribing corticosteroids. The doctor was totally unpleasant and unwelcoming, almost as if it bothered her a visit. When asked about the treatment I was answered that nothing we can do apart from greasing of corticosteroids, although the website boasts all sorts of technologies to treat eczema. I waited for a miracle, but the approach and method of treating exactly the same as in many poor dermatological clinics, and this is just a result of the treatment, not the cause, as mentioned in previous reviews.

She just prescribe some thing for you without any experiment.Even without seeing your hair. I have never seen such a bad doctor. I don't recommend to anybody to go there for hair therapy

Everybody is very accommodating, from the receptionists who take your call to the nurses and doctors who take care of you with utmost attention. A state-of-the-art and comfortable reception area with water and coffee-making facilities, great parking facilities just opposite the street and good access by public transport. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Czech Republic.
E	Even on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a surgical procedure done last year. Very satisfied with the initial consultation, the procedure itself as well as the end result. The doctor that treated me was open and honest about what to expect. Didn't experience any kind of problems afterwards, no post-surgical infections or other issues. Can't really comment on the prices versus other clinics, but to me they were fair. Quality costs.
