★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soukroma klinika v Brne Kralove Poli, pomerne nenapadna budova primo na rohu Bulharske a Berkovy, ktera se da lehce splest s budou dalsi kliniky plasticke chirurgie na Berkove, ktera je nedaleko. Recepce vzdusna, personal mily ochotny, pred i po operaci dobra komunikace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Liska* je a namysleny clovek, ktery nema absolutne zadne citeni s pacienty. Pokud neco potrebujete, tak jedine emailem, telefonicka komunikace s nim neni mozna, protoze tam byva jen v pondeli odpoledne, coz je po pracovni dobe recepce, ktera vas neprepoji. Pokud nejste zrovna Rockshield, tak vas pan doktor rychle odbude, aby se nereklo, usmev si setri pro ty, kteri pravdepodobne vysoli bakšiš a pac z vas nic moc nekapne, nema uz zadny dalsi zajem vam pomoci. Pote vam zapomina napsat recepty, o ktere jste ho emailem zadali, a ktere vam slibil, ikdyz jste se na tom domlouvali. Musite ho urgovat, ptat se i na recepci a pripominat se. Nejde o spatny pristup ic kliniky, jde o spatny a asocialni pristup lekare, ktery se bohuzel tvari, ze jej az obtezujete a ktery mi napsal nakonec uplne neco jineho, nez o co jsem ho zadala, jako by to delal snad schvalne. V kazdem pripade tim jasne dava najevo, ze pomoci pacientovi vlastne vubec nema zajem. Hroznee.. Muze to byt dobry lekar, ale s timto pristupem k pacientum at jde radsi do.../patologie, tam aspon s pacienty nemusi komunikovat. ?♀️?♀️?♀️

If you are not a Rockshield, then the doctor will leave you quickly so as not to say, a smile will be wiped out for those who will probably send you a bakshit and if they don't drip much from you, he has no further interest in helping you. Then he forgets to write the recipes that you gave him by e-mail and that he promised you, even if you agreed on it. You have to urge him, ask at the reception and remind yourself. This is not a bad approach to the clinic, it is a bad and social approach to the doctor, who unfortunately pretends to bother her and who wrote me something completely different than what I asked him to, as if he were doing it on purpose. In any case, this makes it clear that he is not at all interested in helping the patient. It can be a good doctor, but with this approach to patients, if you prefer to go to ... / pathology, at least they don't have to communicate with patients. ?♀️?♀️?♀️
