★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na návštěvě jsem byla 2x (konzultace a zákrok) obě návštěvy byly absolutně skvělé. Slečny na recepci milé jak osobně, tak i v telefonu! Moc milé!
Musím neskutečně vychválit paní dr. Jirákovou se sestřičkami. Jsou neskutečně hodné a strašně trpělivé, takže pokud se bojíte (jako já), nebo máte špatné zkušenosti z jiného místa, tak SEM!

I visited twice (consultation and intervention) both visits were absolutely great. Ladies at the reception nice both in person and on the phone! Very nicely!
I have to praise Dr. Jiráková with her sisters. They are incredibly kind and terribly patient, so if you are afraid (like me) or have a bad experience from another place, then HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are very polite, friendly people. The beautiful woman on the reception is always ready to help. I speak Czech not very well and a doctor, a nurse and receptionist were very patient with me :)
I've been to Mudr. Anna Jiráková. She answered ALL my question and did all my procedures I needed.
If you have VZP you don't need to pay for a doctor's appointment. but you need to pay for some cosmetics procedures.
Highly recommend you to visit this place in case you have some problems with skin.
